   Found this gem while looking for a good local half-way spot for a mate catch-up. Had afew pints, couple pizzas over a game of 8 ball. I forgot the lovely woman there provided welcoming services, good kai for your buck, cheeky banter, some commentary history of the tavern and community, all in all nice olace to bring the fam for a few and lunch.    I called in to watch super rugby (2023) semi last Fri & being a very rare drinker I ordered 2 corona's(1 per half) & checking monthly bank accnt details noticed I got charged $1 more for 1st brew than 2nd,not a major just find bizzare ?

   ORDERED: 1x Rump steak, Med-well with fries & salad 1x Pork Belly with salad and dollop of aioli 2x cans of Coke Zero PRICING: $55.00 Service was GREAT and served with a smile and conversation. The atmosphere was great with music in the background, sports on the TVs and general public loving this setup. Its our first time here to try the lunch. We will come here again 10/10.

   Meeting friends for a farewell party here but arrived a bit early so had some dessert pancakes. I ordered at the bar and found a table. The tables were amazing, memorabilia held in resin on the table like medals and guns. It looked like all the tables had something a bit different. There was also a pokie room on the far end of the bar. The pancakes were quite nice, rolled and served with ice cream. They also had a special RSA beer which was also nice. The best part was the service, the bar staff were very friendly and nice. They opened up the rear dining area for us when we filled out the front area.

   Was really empty the day we went, not just in locals but even the vibe where it honestly different really feel like it had any personality; drab? We weren't there when anyone was performing on the stage to see what that experience may have been like. Was a pool table too and TAB betting next door. Standard beer selection. Not saying it doesn't look clean, but nothing to draw me back.
