   Best Katsubi out of all the ones I've been to! And I've tried a lot of them! They are so generous with the portions and the staff is so incredibly friendly! Definitely a must try

   UPDATE (dec 2024): portions have become wayyy smaller but the food quality have improved a lot. I was there yesterday and every piece of chicken was fully crunchy and the pieces were not dry at all When it first opened it was soo good, we used to eat there with my boyfriend twice a week. But the chicken is not good anymore, the pieces are huge, not crunchy and as the piece are so huge the crispy part falls apart. The sauces are extremely sweet too.

   Staff are very friendly. I had honey chicken, it was dry, overcooked & chewy, the food was not good, wasn't fresh. I have been to about 5 different Katsubis & this one is 2nd from last. Katsubi in Albany beats them all, food is fresh, they not stingy, worth it. 2 Stars for this branch.

   Not what I was expecting, did not find the sauce for the meat, the food was soo sweet. The spring rolls it felt like a desert rather then a savory starter.

   I was expecting a delicious meal after reading the reviews. I made my order on Deliver Easy and received the package stapled and closed. When I opened the package it was missing $30 worth of food. I tried to find their contact details however there are none for any of their branches. I ate what I had which was unremarkable. I ended up going through Deliver Easy who delivered the replacements, which I am grateful for however we did know the items were delivered. It did not come to our door but was left at the gate entrance.

   It was a very delicious meal! The meat was crunchy and the staff were friendly. Would come back again. I ordered a normal bowl which costed $19.50. It came with salads and two meats of our choosing. Very tasty.
