   I did not expect much given it's an airport burger place but the barbecue bacon burger and chips I had was excellent. Friendly service. It's a shame it's in an airport lounge but when I was there, they tried to improve this by decorating it for the festive season. I really appreciate this extra touch. All in all a really good experience that I'd like to have again.

   This burger joint is conveniently located and offers affordable prices, which initially made it seem like a great casual spot for a quick bite. However, our experience was overshadowed by some concerning hygiene practices. We noticed that one of the food prep staff was not wearing gloves while handling food. When we raised this with the front counter staff, they apologised and explained that the worker was new. While we appreciated the acknowledgment, it’s quite worrying — this suggests that staff training around safe food handling needs to be reviewed and prioritised. Unfortunately, this experience affected our confidence in the establishment’s hygiene standards, and we’d be hesitant to return unless improvements are made.

   Tried to eat at this location but they were out of their chicken burgers and also their fried chicken. They told me to go to the neighboring Mexican restaurant if I wanted chicken. The line was slow and disorganized. There were no signs indicating that they were out of chicken. Disappointing experience here.

   Tried better burger and the burger was tasty and better than maccas. Service was speedy and the ‘chef’ was really friendly. It’s obviously more expensive than maccas once you get chips and drink so you need to weigh up the price diff for quality.

   The workers were absolutely slow and the customer service was not pleasant whatsoever. This is really the last time that i'll go here nothing was pleasant and the manager was blunt. The only thing that was alright was the presentation of the burger otherwise, the burger tasted weird and the fries were pre-frozen as there was 5 chips stuck together and most tasted stale. Very dissapointing.
