I’ve seen Wendy’s so many times in the US, but strangely, I had never tried it even once. I never expected my first visit to be in New Zealand! I honestly assumed it wouldn’t be very good, but I was pleasantly surprised. Turns out, it was much better than I expected.
Actually an enjoyable fast food outlet, can't fault the food or service, there's never many people in here so the atmosphere is nice and quiet
Their burgers were bland and the chips were too salty, lots of salt sprinkled in it. A coronary waiting to happen. There was no frosty dessert as well. When it's one of the trademarks of Wendy's. The place was not busy yet the tables was not wiped down. Really puts me off having Wendy's again. Really sad to see this chain falling in standards.
Shockingly bad service from management and upper management. When I made a complaint to upper management after a bad experience, I was fobbed off with a lame cookie cutter reply. After waiting for a subsequent reply after a few weeks, I received another pathetic reply stating they already replied previously, but nothing in my inbox or junk folder though. I no longer visit aany Wendys restaurants and go to BK and Mcdonalds instead. Much better food, service and cleanliness. How many customers will they lose before they get the message?
Had lunch with a friend and found the staff friendly and helpful. Love Wendy's food however I thought these types of places need something to uplift the vibe when dining. Don't know what exactly but something? Over all it was pleasant and nice.
One star is far too much. Ordered 3 meals. Waited 38 minutes for 2 to be delivered. The burgers and the fries were both stone cold. Didn't bother waiting for the 3rd meal before getting a refund. At least the staff are having fun there. Continued loud laughter and joking while we waited. Won't ever visit this Wendy's again!!!!
I took my 2 young daughters here a week ago for dinner, the fish stank on the fish burger, inedible. The bacon was raw on 2 of our chicken bacon burgers. Best thing were the fries and even they were served almost cold. We won't be bqck
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes...in a drive thru that's supposed to be fast food! Chicken nuggets were over cooked, fries were cold, order was wrong and the service was atrocious because there was none. Never again and not too sure how this place is still open. Also, it was $19 dollars for a coke, chicken nuggets and chips?
Lots of parking outside and lots of seating inside. First time having Wendy's in a very long time and the staff member was super helpful, especially with sizes of combos. Burgers were perfect sizes and not greasy. Flavourful and satisfying. Tried the chili, which is delicious. An enjoyable experience.
