    Went in for an initial consultation for an ingrown toenail. I was assessed then told nothing could be done at the time as they were waiting for a specific medication to be delivered. I was told I would receive a call/email when a follow up appointment could be made. One month later I called for an update and told that someone would call me back which they did not. A fortnight later I called again and was given the same response to which I also did not hear anything back. I am now having to spend more to seek help elsewhere. Disappointing that I was charged the full consultation price for nothing.

    If you don’t live in Pukekohe it can be hard to find the place as it is tucked behind other buildings. The place itself is very clean and very welcoming. I had seen the beautiful Eimear for a horrid ingrown nail that I had been trying to ignore for weeks but enough was enough and it had to be dealt with. I nearly fainted when she told me that there was no numbing, (there is, but that involves surgery and that costs a lot more). I trusted Eimear, so went without the numbing. With some screaming and biting down on my cardigan (I wish I was exaggerating), the lovely Eimear managed to get to the very curved and in very deep, nail out. I was left with one bandaged toe and many regrets as to why I let my nail get that bad. I am not trying scare anyone with my experience, this is my honest review and you are 100% left in wonderful, caring and skilful hands. The only thing I would say that let my experience down is, when I called to make an appointment, the male that made my booking didn’t sound like he wanted to help. Especially when I asked if he or someone could tell me what was involved as it was my very first time to see a podiatrist. I would of prepared myself a lot better for what I went through had I been told. I hope I never have to return, but if I did, I know I’ll be in trusted hands. Thank you again Eimear!

    Carmen is fantastic and very professional. She resolved my ingrown toe nail issue when I was pregnant that I didn't even realize it was as bad as it was. I can't speak higher of her abilities and she keeps my toe nails in check :)

    Thanks to Dr Jessica my ingrown toenail is gone completely. I like others have struggled for years with my nails and with the surgery (that was almost painless) I can now wear all of the bad shoes I'm not supposed to.
