    Manager was great and replaced meal, plus added large drink. :) Thanks BK Silverdale. Husband went into the store tonight to order my son nuggets with bbq sauce, chips and a BBQ meat rodeo burger without mayo. My son could not eat it. Chips were cold, burger had mayo on it and the sauce was sweet and sour. I wouldn't be writing this if they actually had a phone that they could answer to replace meal.

    Absolutely disgusting !!I never ever complain bout food but this was so bad ! 2x burgers chips $55.00 , stone cold chip cold burgers , the burger had no square , they for got my bacon!!!

    During my visit it was after lunch nearly afternoon tea time, not too crowded. Fast service and lovely staff. My query was answered when I ask about wifi password. The place is clean and I highly recommend it , I ordered super chocolate drink boost and it's very creamy. My cravings were satisfied. It has comfortable chairs and sits besides there are available extensions for charging laptop or phones. You can work here in your own laptop or phone while waiting for your order

    Bk Silverdale drive thru is always pretty snappy. I find it best to order in app (collect points) makes it quicker in the drive through. They are often without chipotle mayo though. :( Which probably says more about my eating habits.

    Went on drive thru and I took a few sec to order and I had a change of mind when my son changed his mind and when I cancelled one meal to add another and make it a combo the female staff was giving me attitude with the tone of her voice, I expect excellent customer service when I come to Burger King. Please do better next time and deal with customers like me who just needs extra sec to order and have little adjustments on my order because you signed up to that customer service job. Thank you very much
