   The atmosphere was good but the service wasn’t good. We went there Wednesday night and The lady wasn’t friendly at all. She said they are short staffed and she didn’t seem to care much. There was a guy at the bar and he seemed lost as well. Wedges was good though.

   Good food poor service. It felt like I was waisting the bar lady’s time when I wanted to order drinks. Ended up not ordering drinks. Man, I was so looking forward to a nice glass of Codigo. They have it but I felt so un-welcomed, ordered my food and left. Unfortunately I value good service above good food. Thats the reason for my one star.

   Good and friendly customer service, served some delicious food too. Overall light and easy atmosphere, outdoor area is by the main road so can be a bit noisy with heavy traffic

   Food was overall good but the service was quite terrible. Waited for 25 minutes for our meals, and some orders were wrong - wanted medium well beef, got it well done; wanted a side salad, got a full portion; wanted a regular drink, got a large one; ordered fish and chips and there were two options but the waitress didn't bother to ask and just randomly gave me one which I did not like. They looked under -staffing and the waitress who served us was either untrained or just didn't want to serve us. Wouldn't go there again even with daily promotion.

   Good beer and vibe! But small serving sizes for the price, taco shells were soggy tortilla chips, and for $7 you can get a bowl of supermarket Doritos!

1. Join the Travelling Pair ★★★★☆

   We dined at The Brook for dinner a few weeks ago. Their Margarita was a bit strong but a good size that lasted throughout dinner. The food was very good especially the Salt and Pepper Squid (cooked perfectly!). The serving sizes for the mains were also very generous. We gave it four stars because it took a looooooong time for our food to be served. Other than that everything else was very good.

   I've been there a few times a couple years ago until The Light Horse closed down. This used to be The Light Horse. Good location from my place. Food is still good. But How sad it is that they don't open on weekend. I hope they open on weekend. Will be back with friends.
