   This restaurant is amazing. I had the best experience. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile. The food was delicious and the dessert even better. I would definitely recommend this fantastic restaurant to anyone. A waterfront restaurant with amazing food what else can you ask for.

   Every time I go to Auckland, I make sure to visit Windross House. I’m always greeted with a smile and the service is fantastic. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. My favourites dishes are the classic mango chicken and garlic Prawns for entree. It’s a must visit when in Auckland!!

   An enjoyable eating experience in this villa style setting nestled nearby a beach front. The food is exceptional and is well complimented by the service. There's a special vibe in this place as it attracts all the locals and curious wanderers from other suburbs. They don't have to advertise much because most of the clients come in via word of mouth and reputation alone. Excellent experience for couples to birthday group celebrations. The restaurant offers a special room upstairs for small party dinners. Wonderful dining experience at Windross House Restaurant.

The Italian menu is creative, but deviates from traditional expectations, notably lacking pizza – a potential drawback for families with children. The prices reflect the ambiance and location, but may not align with the overall value. The initial greeting could have been more personable, which is something families often appreciate.

   Lived in the area for several year - just discovered this little gem. Lovely food, reasonable prices (we had the venison which was delicious) as was the starter, generous portions, friendly service and historic but immaculate interior decor. It they painted the sign outside would match the quality of the restaurant - it just might give the wrong impression at the moment. :)

   Lovely quaint place to eat for mother’s day lunch. Garlic prawns to start were delicious with a beautiful garlic sauce. the chef’s special of the day the pork belly was devine and a nice passionfruit cheesecake to end. would recommend visiting ☺️

   It's a little bit out of the way to get to buy what a beautiful restaurant. Fantastic service, amazing food and drinks list. Loved our dinner here so much. We were the last table to leave but didn't feel like we were being rushed out the door at all. Will definitely be back and highly highly recommend!
