   I had such a wonderful shopping experience at Animates Sylvia Park! Even though it was almost closing time, the young lady who helped me was incredibly patient, friendly, and cheerful. She happily answered all my questions, and her knowledge about the products really impressed me. The whole team that Friday was absolutely delightful—so warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They truly made my visit enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Animates Sylvia Park for all your pet needs. They go above and beyond to make every customer feel valued!

   As always the service is great. I regularly go there for grooming and to buy other items for my small dog. This time due to easter break there was some hiccup in their online booking system but they made up for that by calling and accommodating us a day prior. They were busy as hell but that did not affect their level of service. They handle the peta extremely well. “Hey Animates management: You grooming staff work tirelessly. Do what you can to retain them” The staff at front counter is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I always get what I require. Never felt the need to go anywhere else. The variety is huge. There is plenty of parking available in front and around. There is also a public toilet around.

   Decided to try the grooming service at this branch however we unfortunately won’t be rebooking. Not sure if they were overbooked, understaffed because it was the weekend or just poorly trained, but our two dogs were returned to us with jagged, uneven lengths of fur all over, and several knots behind the ear and leg etc. Just an all round bad job, we had to tidy them both up that same day. At $90 per groomed dog, we’re just used to a higher quality service so will be booking elsewhere next time.

   Used the dog groomers here and they were excellent! I was also over an hour late picking up the dogs because of a meeting that ran over and I called to apologise and they were so good about it and even didn't charge the late fee. Thank you lovely groomers and I'm so sorry for being late!!!! Bob and Pippa look great!

   First time pet owner here. I was looking for nail clippers to cut my kitten's claws and advice on how I would go about cutting them without out hurting my kitten or getting myself bitten. The staff here were super friendly and was super helpful. She showed me how to use the cat claw clippers. She gave great advice and tips to cutting my kitten claws. Her advice worked without any harm to my kitten or myself. The nail clippers them self were affordable. They do have a fancy brand which was $10 more, they were still affordable at $33 but I saw a $22.49 pair I asked if they would do the same job she said yes. Great winning! I suppose the fancy brand was like the Louis Vuitton of the cat world and I went with Nike lol. This will be my go to pet store for friendly service, trusted advice. (and affordable prices if you're looking for nail clippers for your pets)
