   Absolutely laughable. Went in just to replace the damn wipers and guy wouldn't do it unless I park in specific carpark which was occupied by previous car that in the end ran over the sign that they left behind the car and forgot to move aside. I had to go and stop the lady leaving the so called "service carpark " and move the sign aside, while the employees just stood there :-). Then I had to hand over my car key and was instructed to be 3-4m away from the car. Safety reasons I guess hahaha :-) So, if you want bit of laugh, this is the place. Been going to this store for year and never ever was I dragged around like that before. This is the last time.

   I bought an aqua cabinet for my daughter for Christmas online and she really wanted a purple one but there were none available. When I got to Botany store to collect my order, I spied a purple one on the shelf and asked if I could swop it ! The lady on the counter was very obliging and I will have a very happy daughter on Christmas day! Thanks for the great service!

   Only giving 5 stars this time, because myself and my husband visited this store today 14/07/23 the Maori guy behind the counter amazing customer service the line was hectic but he didn't look under pressure still had a smile on his face very helpful recent times we been in on weekend the male workers on there phones not actually paying attention one of them rude.

   Very poor service. This store would be better with automated checkouts, as the staff there are plain lazy. I went in first thing for a wiper blade change. No other customer in store, guy behind counter on his phone, when I asked he called over a colleague, then proceeded to tell me they are short staffed and cannot help. Despite Noone else been there. Didn't check if my car was a quick job, just flat out making it all difficult. Lazy arrogant service, don't go here if you can avoid it.
