Have had only bad experiences at this store. From rude staff to lack of service. Would much rather go the extra mile to Noel Leeming Manukau which has always been awesome!

Not buying from this store ever. We had to go directly to the manufacturer to get our appliance fixed as it was 6 days past the warranty. No use getting the extended warranty as you can go directly to supplier anyway if the appliance breakdown within it's normal useful life.
I had a issue with my hyper boom speaker for over the last 2 years. The first one , was changed no problem. We had the same issue happen again and Noel leeming discussed this issue a numerous times with Ultimate ears to which they would not replace this speaker. NL came to the party and gave us a our cash back. Thanks guys much appreciated.
We have had several problems returning products that have broken and are still under warranty. And the management staff are so rude about! Blaming us for breaking it and just completely uninterested in helping us. And the one product was a baby monitor so for a couple night we didn't have a way of monitoring our baby until we gave in and bought a new one.
A place I visit occasionally to check out electronics prices and even made a TV purchase. Honestly, generally I find their prices to be higher compared to places like Harvey Norman or JB Hi-Fi. However, when there are deals, they have items worth buying. Botany seems to be a favored shopping spot for me, so I drop by quite often. Yet, the staff at this location need significant improvement. For instance, when I call a staff member or ask for assistance in front of a laptop, they rush from various places. But when it comes to products with lower prices, they ignore my calls multiple times. Once, I even made eye contact and requested help for a simple question while waiting for about 15 minutes at a water purifier and no one came to assist. Later, I witnessed them promptly assisting customers who arrived after me and were purchasing refrigerators or TVs. This experience was extremely frustrating and has left me never wanting to return. After hearing a similar story from my wife about a phone case purchase, I can't help but think this might not be a coincidence. I understand places can be busy and staff may be occupied, but there's no justification for ignoring me despite direct eye contact and multiple calls, especially when I was promised quick assistance. I find it hard to comprehend why they would prioritize a customer who arrived after me, who was interested in a TV. I'm not just buying cheap items. Even if I visit other Noel Leeming locations, I won't be returning here. A big disappointment. Definitely not recommended.
Terrible service. This store has a lot to learn about clientele and assisting a client when they walk in. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve entered the store to purchase an item and I’m left standing wondering around without anyone willing to assist. I land up walking out and going elsewhere. My most recent experience was needing to go in to check on a debit order that I had in place for apple care to ensure it was stopped, it took 3 people behind the cashier to give me an answer. I won’t be back in a hurry!
Got a new phone for mothers day which came with free galaxy pro buds. The buds were out of stock so I was told I would get an email once they arrived in store in approx 2-4 days. Over a week later no contact from them so I decided to phone and follow up, they advised I could pop in and collect as they were now in stock. Went in same day after work to collect and the guy smurked at me and said ive already collected them, insinuating I was dodgy and trying to scam them!!! The salesperson next to him overheard and knew that I hadn't received them and told the guy they were set aside for me. To the older Indian guy that works Tues afternoon please get your facts right before you accuse and make people feel like criminals. Not a nice experience.
Would rate 0 stars if i could, horrible service from the staff. Went to go drop off my AirPods that i bought a couple of months ago as there were issues with them, The technical support guy had no idea how apple devices worked and had to ask me how to even get to the settings screen. After having to bite my tongue and work with him we finally dropped them off they took a bunch of photos to prove that they were in-fact faulty, i then had to make a second trip back to them to call apple care and sort it out myself with their phone behind the desk. If i knew i had to do this they should have advised me to call apple care first from the start. Apple care then booked me in to a authorised apple product device specialist to get it looked at. Noel leeming would also constantly bring up the fact, even in one of the emails that they sent me that if the product was found to have no faults that i would have to pay for the technician to look at it. Seems like they didn’t want anything to do with it from the get go. From the time of purchase i was assured that if there were any issues with the product that they would replace it no questions asked. If i were you i’d avoid buying anything electronically related from this store as everyone only seems to care when theres a sale to be made
Poor service, no one approached me even though I was only the 2nd customer. I had to ask for help. Smartwatch on special but not on display and I can't see it because they can't open the box. What's the use than of buying from a store, just buy it cheaper online. People buy from store so they can see and feel a product before buying it. I will try another company
