   We ordered two burgers, and unfortunately both were far below the usual BurgerFuel standard we expect or used to. One burger patty was burnt (charred and dry), and the overall build was messy with excessive sauce which soaked the bun. The second burger was surprisingly bland and lacked flavour , it tasted flat and unseasoned. The really only positive about this meal was the fries!. Starting to wonder if thats the new standard? posting this feedback as we didn't receive any email response from the branch.

   The service was impressively swift, getting us our meal in record time. As usual, the food was absolutely delicious and satisfying, making us very happy. The upbeat music playing in the background created a fun and lively atmosphere. We always enjoy our time when we come here, it's a great experience!

   I recently ordered from burger fuel Silverdale and was delighted to find my food perfectly crisp and immaculately cooked. The young Ladie, Sienna, behind the counter was very polite and caring toward me and was willing to help as I struggle to read and couldn't quite read the menu with my old eyes. To sum up, the food was good, the staff (especially sienna who served me), and the overall environment made me feel welcome and glad to be there.

   Expectation vs reality. 7 bucks for half a pack of chips/Kumara fries is pretty steep. Not to mention we actually asked for 2x kumara but got one... usually don't have an issue here but always a first...

   Ordered takeout from Silverdale. I have dietary restrictions and request the removal of specific ingredients. The order was not accurately followed leaving me unable to eat... On a positive note the ingredients and store atmosphere are top notch and the follow up from Burger Fuel in regard my complaint was excellent. I have since revisited the store and I noticed an immediate positive change. The staff member who served me confirmed my customised order upon handing to me. The food was absolutely delicious and on point. Hence I have updated my feedback. Well done!! and thank you.

   Ordered a simple gravy train and waited for around 20 minutes. We noticed a customer (who arrived later than us) get their food before us so we decided to ask the front counter any updates on our order. We waited at the front counter for around 5 minutes, before one of the their kitchen staff noticed us waiting. We were informed that we needed to wait another 15 minutes as there was no gravy. We ended up getting a refund as this was not acceptable. I could also notice that their kitchen staff were wearing air pods while working.

   Awesome burgers and if you sign up to their email list there are regular and pretty generous bonus deals. The venison burger on offer at the moment is something special and although not cheap is worth every cent. Sides are generally very good and we never seem to be able to leave without a chocolate thick shake. Only minor negative is that the music can be a bit loud, but then I'm not 19 any more.

   Eat in 22.50 for burger and chips, chips were cold and like cardboard didn't eat them. Was going to ask for some fresh ones but there was a queue and I would have finished by the time they came.
