   Been a patient at GMC for many years and in that time have been cared for by Dr Dhanabalan and Dr Choi who are both great. Unlike some other clinics, they really take time to listen, explain things in a clear and calm way, and maximises the appointment time that we have. Also the nurses and staff are super friendly and supportive, which makes the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. A very genuinely positive experience indeed and would recommend (if there are spaces left!)

   I’ve been a patient at Grafton Medical for 5 years now and having moved around a lot in my life across multiple countries, I can say it’s the most positive and genuine care I’ve ever received. Dr Lung Choi is so attentive, efficient, professional and empathetic. As an autistic and non-binary person I felt like my access needs were always met and I was always treated with kindness and respect. The whole team from each practise nurse to the reception staff are so friendly and professional. If you’re LGBTQ+ and or neurodivergent I can highly recommend this practise as a safe space to receive high quality care.

   My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Lung for a couple of years now, and he's the best GP we have ever had!! He goes above and beyond in caring for both of us. He's very attentive, knowledgeable, and truly caring. He responds to our inquiries very promptly and ensures we're never left with unanswered questions. Additionally, he does thorough follow-ups to ensure we're on the right track to recovery. We're so grateful for his exceptional care!

   Lung and Selva are the best GPs we've ever visited. Both are extremely knowledgable, however, it's their compassion and care for their patients that makes Grafton Medical Centre so much better than anywhere else. It's all the little things they do to go above and beyond. From the time we ran in with a small dental emergency and Lung dropped everything to do what he could to help (he's obviously not a dentist), and didn't even charge us for his time. To the time we consulted the nurse about travel vaccinations and left with a first aid kit worth of supplies. And we've never 'run out of time' or felt rushed, unlike our experiences at other clinics. I'd highly recommend Grafton Medical to everyone.

   Dr. Lung is the best! My uni doctor sent me to him after I finished uni because I am very uncomfortable in medical settings and I need a clinic who understands that. This has been the best clinic for me and I have never felt the need to look anywhere else. I could say a lot more about how great this clinic is, but that really sums it up.
