   Food was abit average. The Vindaloo even though I'm aware was spicy it was over spicy to the point it couldn't be eaten. We gave feedback over the phone and was offered a replacement which we appreciate therefore service id recommend however not sure of id invest again.

   Really interesting that all of the bad reviews are from Indians because they didn’t “get a discount” That’s not how NZ works! Looking at all reviews over the last 2 months almost all 5 star which does not surprise me. Fantastic venue, fantastic food, great atmosphere. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant

   We disregarded the mixed reviews - and we are so glad we did. We would both highly recommend this locally owned family restaurant. Excellent service, minimal wait times for food to be cooked and amazing food tailored to our exact spicy preferences. The waiter even brought me a touch of home made hot sauce that I could add to mine if it wasn’t quite spicy enough for my taste. The Kashmiri naan was probably the best I have tasted in a long time. Just the right amount of filling - I could even taste the raisins. Fabulous food, we would go back without hesitation.

   Both Indian food and Chinese food are very yummy, curry tasted authentic and flagrant. Various kid meals are also provided with a drink and ice-cream. All of us love these food :)

   Worst ever. I’ll not recommend to anybody. I bought chicken korma. It was too sweet. Don’t know how many sugar spoons they have added. Portion also very small for the price. If they can’t offer value for money better to start some other business.

   I don't know how this place doesn't have a 5 star review! Food was delicious, happy all around the table. Speaking of tables, phenomenal tables imported from India, absolutely beautiful, and our host was so friendly and kind. Best Indian restaurant all round that I have been to in a long time and Indian food is my fav even above Italian!

   The food is pretty good here, slim pickings in the area. A little pricey however they have a monopoly. Good and friendly service! Didn’t have to wait too long for our meals but we enjoyed it. I recommend if you are staying at the Naumi hotel as it is a walkable distance
