   I recently ordered from Curry King Indian Takeaway and I was really impressed! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and delivered on time. I highly recommend their Roti and chicken tikka masala—both were delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and the portions were great value for money. I will definitely order again.

   I am writing to [curry king Indian Takeaway] express my disappointment with the food I received during my recent visit/order on [26/11/25]. The rotis served were of very poor quality — they were hard, not fresh, and overall not acceptable for serving. I have always expected good quality from your restaurant, so this experience was very disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure better quality control in the future. Thank you for your attention. I hope my next experience will be much better.

   The curry king indian takeaway is a exquisite peice of cuisine that makes my day better and better the more I eat at curry king, at first the lentil soup tastes as if its came down from heaven, it ingredients come together well and astonishingly takes really well done, the dhal in the soup is cooked to perfection and has no doubt the best lentil soup in the district, secondly the the chutney that is severed to you is made from care and love from the chefs the red one is spicy to those who are in liking it and the white one is not too watery just the right consistency to eat with the dosa the dosa is crispy and has good longevity it is made into a perfect circle and is cooked till it is personaly approved by the head chef, and lastly the kesari is the best sweet of the dessert category, the kesari melts in my mouth and the ghee elevates the dish my millions of miles, the kesari was has contents that even god cant display and tell u, this dish simply is my favorite dish of my entire life , the service is really good and the employees r very friendly it makes me think that I have someone to be with. This is very good and I would come here again

   Decent curries, and friendly staff. Comfortable seating, easy access from the street with parking across the road. We had the Rogan Josh and Goa Fish Curry. Both were tasty but not amazing. The garlic nan was a nice addition. Worth coming to if you’re after a decent and reasonably priced curry.

   Their curry is generous for a $13.00 with rice on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday specials. Other shops you get half curry half rice only. Their lamb madras is also yummy. Customer service is also good. I've been buying from this shop for almost 10 years already.

   Good vegetarian options! Have tried a range of the veggie dishes and all have lots of fresh veggies, with good tasting gravies & spice levels. Nice naan and samosas too, all at a good price.

   It's very seldom I can find somewhere with a food option that can satisfy my hunger. But this place... Quantity/quality and taste, they have it all. I try to visit at least once every time I'm in avondale.

   I see some tough reviews for this place, but our local friend recommended and we had a great meal. No one in our group got the butter chicken, which sounds like according to other reviews may not be their strongest dish, but i couldnt say. We had a wide range of other dishes and they were delicious. Would recommend!
