   The best steak ever. Me and my friend ordered the sirloin and the scotch fillet medium cooked. The steak was so soft and moist a big thumbs up to the manager who served us the whole time he was amazing. Wednesday night is steak night and so for $30 a steak it was so worth it. Will go back again. The steak is even better than some of the most expensive places that I’ve even gone to. The mushroom sauce was so yum

   Parking is a little difficult to get to. Make sure you let the staff know you have parked around the back , as it looks like it is private parking and staff takes your details so you wont get towed. Once inside staff were welcoming, food was a pub style yet adequate.

   I've had two great meals here with friends over the last year (which is also how often I've been to Auckland over the last year lol), the Mussels are delicious! This time they had a new dessert on the menu, a Banoffee Pie, and it was stand out good!! 100% will order again if I'm back in Auckland. The staff are fantastic, really attentive and good at what they do, they make you feel like family. And they are so careful with dietary restrictions, we have a few coeliacs in our group and with everything on the menu being available as gluten free, they really enjoyed themselves, and the staff double check about the dietary restrictions to ensure no issues.

   Booked in lastnight for a late lunch today table of 9 to celebrate 2x birthdays, place was nice and empty when we walked in. Served right away and given menus Conner was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Food was quick and spot on as well as drinks kids enjoyed their meals. Music Playlist had alot of great bangers that we sang along to. The staff made sure bday cakes came out on time and joined in to sing happy birthday. Thank you for making today special for my mum and daughter will be back again to try other dishes.

   First time here, the place was averagely busy, staff were great with accommodating us with adding a extra person to our table and moving us to a more spacious table. One of our dinners got missed so he had to wait longer for his meal but they managed to get it out quite quick, i asked for a cider but it never came but when re asked it came out fairly quickly, overall the restaurant was good but food is quite pricey, but then again so is everything these days

   This place was fantastic for a group or family as it is a spacious venue. When you enter ,you wait for a staff member to show you a place to sit or you can choose . The environment is nice and cozy They have a fire place which will good for the cold wintery day's. I ordered the half spare ribs and upgraded my chips to duck fat..amazing Fish and chips has good portions and happy with the service and atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable .

   Party of 4 came here for the first time and was blown away by the great service including looking after my toddler straight away with a choice of colouring material. The portion sizes were good value. We ordered the steak, chicken burger and, pasta with a side of fries and the pork belly entree. The pasta was so creamy and flavourful the pork belly was tender and juicy (unfortunately didn’t have the crispy crackle) and the steak meal was the best he’s had in a long time! We can’t wait to go back next time we visit Auckland.
