   Tried Jo Bros for the first time from Uber Eats today and we were stoked to discover their delicious veggie burgers (vege single). The burgers were fresh and delicious, their special sauce is great! The burger is huge and was messy in a good way. The fries weren't as fresh but that's the trouble with ordering from Uber and the driver having stop off's along the way. They were still tasty. Looking forward to going and checking out the restaurant in person.

   The Jo brothers clearly don't look after their staff (despite claiming that is one of their priorities) Went during peak weekend dinner time and they had one person on. Felt horrible for the guy, so emailed the team to express concern and have heard nothing back. If we had known it was just the one guy, we would have gone somewhere else. While he did an amazing job to keep afloat, He looked visibly stressed the whole time. We did have to wait 55 minutes for our order, which turned out to be incorrect and cold. Edit following reply: My apologies for striking a nerve. Thank you for providing this insight. To your everyday patron the detail you have described is not apparent. My experience was that on a Sunday night during a busy dinner rush, there was one very stressed looking employee with a mountain of orders. This is what led me to send you the original expression of concern for your staff's wellbeing. I am relieved that my perspective, or angle, is something you don’t like, I didn’t like it either! I reached out via email to let you know my experience and perhaps even have a conversation with someone in the company about it. While I see you consider this to be an unreasonable complaint, I would hope that any mention of your staffs wellbeing was your top priority. I am disappointed that it took a google review one work week later for you to reply (and very quickly!). With your clarification, I now understand that you and your team are all feeling the pressure at the minute. I wish you all the best over this busy catering season. 3 staff across 2 establishments is shocking, but I can appreciate that you say this isn’t the norm and effort was made to remedy this. I am happy to hear that you have checked in, and your mate is doing okay. While he was capable of providing a product, the stress she was under (to no fault of his own) did sacrifice overall quality and customer experience. Thank you for your apology for the quality of the food. The order total was $61.60 (for 3 burgers and fries) and you can transfer it to the member of staff as a thank you for tackling a tough shift. My intention for the review was not to get money back it was to be sure staff are being looked after.

   Very disappointed with food today ; used to love this place but the burgers today were trash compared to what they used to be - very rare and I felt I couldn’t approach the man working as he barely interacted during the pick up process and had his headphones on the entire time . My partner had a good go at them as they’re grotesquely expensive

   Used to be a massive fan of Jo Bros burgers, however was very disappointed tonight, they have lost a loyal customer. The food truck was at beerspot Morningside and sliders were the only burgers on the menu. 2 beef sliders with fries or 2 chicken sliders with fries, $20 each. We bought one of each and had a slider each. The beef slider was literally a meatball sized patty, sauce and one pickle. No salad. At least the bun was fresh and the meat and sauce tasty. The chicken slider looked better and had salad but the chicken barely had any flavour. The serving size of the fries was pretty underwhelming. Very disappointed overall for $40, for what is usually a great standard.

   [Thicc Burger Double] All ingredients are well cooked, well presented. You can't go wrong with it. Recommended burger. Personally it would've been a lot better if it had charcoal/flame flavor on the meat patty.

   Had my lunch here, good experience. Parkings downstairs, easy access. Staff is nice and friendly, food preparation time okay. The chicken burger is very yummy, have different specials just have to check the menu. Overall good experience, will come back if I'm around Titirangi.

   We ordered through ubereats. The burgers were okay, but were quite dry. I think they must have been running low on sauce. The chips were also very salty. They must have given us extra to compensate for the lack of sauce. The meal was very filling but i probably wont buy again. They also forgot to put our ice cream in the order... must've been a tough shift.
