   Had a really great meal at Mt Everest Kitchen in Blockhouse Bay. The food was full of flavour and clearly cooked fresh — everything we ordered was spot on. Portions were generous and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Definitely one of the better spots in the area for Nepalese/Indian food. Would happily go back and recommend it to others.

   Amazing service, excellent food. The staff were very friendly and had the food ready in under 10 minutes even though it was quite busy. I just want to say the staff member Kshitz gave me amazing customer service and proved his knowledge in cuisine to an excellent level.    Great little place in Blockhouse Bay. I have eaten at a friends house when food was purchased from here but this is my first time ordering it myself. We ordered Chicken Momo’s, Butter Chicken mild, Madras chicken mild, chicken Schezuan noodles, butter naan’s. The only problem I had is the butter chicken. It was extremely sweet, like a dessert sweetness. The Madras chicken was very flavourful and so were the Momo’s. The schezuan noodles were amazing. Overall great food. We got rice and fried papadums included in our meal. Will definitely be back. Please less spice and not extra sugar in the BC. Thanks
