Had such a pleasant and helpful experience from Antonia from head office who helped me book my appointments today. She was very informative and helpful answering my questions and reassuring during covid lockdowns. A+ for Antonia!!
What a terrible experience in TRG Imaging Northcross today. The reception lady refused to process my dad’s X-ray service only because she thinks he is not speaking good enough English. In fact, my dad can speak basic English and already shown her the referral form signed by doctor next door. I called this lady and said I could do the translating for my dad through the phone and she still refused to progress anything. She processed with another patient’s request real fast and let them skip the queue. This is not only impatient customer service, this is way worse than that. This terrible experience made us feel people in TRG Imaging just intentionally making things difficulty for us due to discrimination. It is a insulting to my family. I would give 0 star if there is an option.
Had a wonderful experience with staff Jo who books appointment. Very helpful and professional. It was a pleasant change to talk to someone who genuinely wanted to help with the booking.
