   First time here trying this local pub. Was pleasantly surprised by the food we had the steak which was cooked perfectly, great sized portion and accompanied by fries and salad delicious! Good price too and cheap pints. We will definitely be back soon cheers!

   Went in and ordered a steak and chips meal at 10pm at night. Place was quiet but the area was big and the service from the manager was great. Steak was cooked perfectly for myself and close to near perfect for my partner. Great price and good value for money. Chips were light and fresh and the salad was actually tasty. Would come back.

   Definitely don’t recommend ordering food from here, we ordered both of the platters ( only 2 options ) priced at $70 each. Our order came out wrong and we were delivered 2 of the same platter & then when we told the server it was wrong he stated he couldn’t issue us a refund & instead gave us 1 free can of drink each. I’m extremely disappointed in this & would have preferred to have a refund or to have the correct platter made for us, but we were told that was not an option. The place only had 2 other people in the restaurant who had already gotten their food before we arrived. The platters given were mostly chips & wedges with 4 tiny pre cooked ribs & what looks like “ Asian selection “ you get from the frozen aisle at the supermarket.

   We gave them a big challenge with our group of 50 on a Saturday night. Really impressed with how they managed, we had pre-ordered which made it smoother, but still a lot for them to navigate. The venue is great for a large group, we had parents and a large gaggle of teenage cheerleaders...it was ideal. Thanks team!

   Came here for dinner and drinks on a Saturday. The place was pretty quiet, so the service was quite fast. Food was absolute delicious. The beef, bacon and cheese burger was hearty and full of flavour, quite filling! Basil pesto chicken was on the smaller side, but tasted amazing and was hot. There is a pool table which is a good activity to keep you there for a while.

   Im sorry, I think we need to find a new favourite. We initially discovered this place because we were searching for hot wings and this was the closest place that had them (as per photos). It then became a favourite with the buttermilk chicken burger, which was huge. The crisp fries, which also had a massive portion. But now, I don't think we will be making a return. First thing I noticed tonight was the table we sat at hadn't been cleaned. Second, and no disrespect to our waiter, we are sure he tried his best but he needs a lot more training to be comfortable. He seemed unsure where to place the water jug and glasses and generally unsure on how to service the table. He needed to write down out order, which is fine, but was unable to write fast enough or pick up on the short hand so that the cook may understand what was being ordered- not a massive issue, just needs more training and practice. But he also forgot a part of my burger and brought it out in a bowl on the side for me to assemble myself with no cutlery, or napkins provided to wipe my hands after touching greasy bacon. Third, we were one of only two tables that had ordered food and it was still very slow, we used to love the fast service and how quickly our food came out. But when our food came out, some of it was cold, some hot, especially the bacon that I had to add to my burger myself. I was disappointed that the bun wasn't at least toasted as it felt like a lot more bread than burger, and having a crispy interior makes buns less gluggy. The other issue we had was our food was considerably smaller portion sizes compared to last time even buying the same meal. I pulled up a photo to compare and it didn't look like it came from the same place. Combined with being a little tasteless, I think we'll give this place a miss next date night.

   We had a lovely meal with our teens and their grandparents. Generous portions, burgers were huge, yum dessert! Drinks reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress. A game of pool kept the boys entertained after dinner. We’ll be back!

   Excellent 10/10. Awesome atmosphere and very friendly staff. The steak was cooked perfectly and the dish was superb. Sad I didnt take any photos of our meals however had such a great experience I deem it worthy of a review. Thanks to the team at Wood Brothers Henderson.
