   Indian lady was terrible. Didn’t even cook the stuff properly. She was actually such a lazy person. Can see from reviews shes been working there for a while and she’s still the terrible worker she’s always been.

   Would give a negative star rating if possible. Walked in, lady serving hopped off her chair with a solemn look on her face and I asked politely for the order I wanted. She had a horrible facial expression and then told me to use the kiosk to order. I looked at her and asked if I could order from her since she was standing at the till and talking to me. Again pulls a horrible facial expression making me feel utterly uncomfortable and like it was too hard to take my order. I walked straight off without saying anything. I don’t understand how people like this even have forward facing jobs when she clearly has absolutely no customer service skills let alone the ability to act like she enjoys her role. WILL NEVER RETURN.

   Did ordered online from egg'd on 20/12/24 from Kelston branch and it was absolutely horrible. I ordered scrambled eggs and they gave me fried eggs. Halloumi was over fried and it was too hard to bite. You buy it from a different branch, they dont give you this type of halloumi. Its always grilled not fried like this. And the tiny piece of avocado is a joke. Buns were not even toasted. Threw the whole thing in the bin and had to buy breakfast from elsewhere. If anyone want to eat from egg'd in west auckland, please try from either henderson or new lynn branches. Never try it from the kelston branch. Staff and ownership over there clearly dont care. Will never visit this place ever again.

   We ordered online around 7.35 and got there at 7.45. We were told they 'close at 7.30' yet online it says they're open until 8pm? Everything was packed up, so we had to wait for everything to be unpacked and our wraps to be made. Nothing had been started in the 10 minutes since we ordered. We asked for no jalapeños in one and no cucumber in the other, and we were given both. That's just lazy customer service.

   The branch is constantly slow on pick up orders. Even if ordered 15-20minutes prior, I still have to wait more as they even don’t start before I arrive. Love the food and concept, but the service in this specific brunch is terrible.

   Couldn’t get an online refund after one of my smoothies were missed. A real shame as I had been talking Pita Pit up to my partner and finally convinced her to get it. She’s not keen to go back.

   GREAT SERVICE!! We have been to this local Pita Pit twice this week and both times with different staff had exceptional service. They are Friendly ✅️ They fill the pita/salad ✅️ I'm really pleased with the service I get. They are not stingy (like that other place up the road) if you don't have much of the salad options they make sure to put in lots of what's chosen. Great service. Happy customers we will most likely be regulars.

   Really unhappy with my experience. I'm gluten intolerant so ordered (and paid $2 extra) for the gluten free wrap, but instead they gave me a regular wrap. So I had to get rid of the pita bread and just eat the fillings....really unhappy with this. If someone with celiacs ordered and got what I got, they could be really really ill. I won't be coming back here. Also the service from staff is not good.

   Great branch!! Amazing variety of salads ever in the evening. Fresh and good quality food. I must say that there was male staff who served me and he was brilliant! However Indian girl is very not welcoming she always looks very bothered serving you and give as small as possible portions very greedy.
