   Last week was my first time in Pizza Club, Westgate....it's my local so gave it a try....the server was good BUT the pizza was better.....luvly!!! I went back this week and told them I was going to review them.....thoroughly recommend the bbq chicken and he recommended the cranberry chicken for my next one....that's gonna be this week.

   Hey, we're the regulars from your Pakuranga store. Now that the Massey one is open, we've been getting our weekly pizza fix there. But, for the last few weeks, the quality's really gone downhill. It's just not the same. The base is super dry, and it's not as fresh as it used to be. I was always happy with what I was getting, but honestly, it's ruined the whole thing.

   Food has always been the same. I really enjoy pizza club, for the pizza I get anyways which is the tandoori chicken. Hygiene and customer service is the biggest issue with this place. Staff using their phones and then touching food is disgusting. On top of that the staff go on their phones and scroll through social media while you are standing there waiting. Then when you call them over they respond as if it’s a burden to them. Go get some lessons in basic human decency and health standards.

   Save your money and go to Pizza Hut instead. We got 2 x large butter chicken pizzas tonight and the base was super dry, tasted old, not fresh at all. The butter chicken flavouring isn’t what it used to be, feeling like our pizzas were thrown together last minute or perhaps reheated? Pretty disappointing considering you pay more at this place for a “decent” pizza, will go to Pizza Hut next time for guaranteed freshness.

   The hygiene situation at Pizza Club Massey is worse. A cockroach is what was found yesterday in our fries. Might as well rename them "Roaches Masala Fries." Do not order from this anymore untill you see a complete change.

   Pizza is ok , staffs are very rude. Must learn to talk properly and behave to customers. Ordered double chicken and there was nothing inside. Utter rubbish behavior. Very very rude and hostile behavior.

   Pretty average pizza with lots of pineapple, I could barely taste chicken in it I was a great fan of Chapel road branch but this one was not up to the mark. Also lasagna was too saucy and potatoes wedges were pretty dry.

   Ordered pizza online on the 24/06. Went to pick it up an hour later and they told me that “someone” had already picked it up. Like how do you just give away someone else’s pizza without asking for there name. I was annoyed and didn’t even receive an apology or a refund. Whoever was working there 24/06/23, you guys need to work on your customer service. Because that was the worst experience I’ve had from you guys. And to think pizza club was my favourite go to.

   Delicious pizzas. I ordered tandoori chicken every Saturday heve also tried most of the veg and chicken options from menu, always nice and hot. It’s would be great If they make their large size little bigger.

   What a shame on a name of business!!!! We ordered a pizza through the call, they told us to come after 25 minutes to pick it up. When I picked the order I asked guy whether the pizza is not warm, he told me it’s hot. When we reached home, the pizza was ice cold. I called them for an issue, the guy whom I spoken to never apologizes for the inconvenience but he told me can’t do anything as manager is not working on Friday night. Like they charged me kinda $53 for just a pizza and side and I received a cold pizza and side!!!! Never going back, never recommend pizza club Massey to anyone. They don’t value their customers!!!!! SHAME ☹️☹️☹️
