   I was disappointed by rge fact that I was sent to a lower floor and my colleague were at a higher floor. I wouldn't complain about the window had no views at all. The room was close to the list and it was not sound proof at all. I was woken up by noise outside multiple times which was bitterly disappointing. Although it is a three star hotel, the toilet was like a motel: stainless stell bottom shower box and vinyl floor. The room was quite small for which I think the rate is high. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful.

   Location is good for walking to the main train station but the area around the hotel is lifeless. The foyer and bar area aren't conducive to sitting and chilling the hotel needs a lounge for people not wanting to sit in their tiny room. Rooms are fine, but small. The lip of the shower floor it metal and you can easily catch your toes like it did and scrap your toe. My room was noisy from the wind hitting the gaps in the windows.

   What a delight it has been to stay at the Atura Hotel Wellington. Free $25 food and bev voucher plus a drink voucher were a generous offer, making my stay incredible value for money. Was upgraded too which was a lovely bonus. Vibrant, modern restaurant and bar area. Staff kind and friendly. Room pretty standard but clean and comfortable with everything you need. Found a coupon park right outside too!

   Clean room on the smaller side but perfectly OK. Bed super comfortable. There is parking round the back with lift from basement. Good front desk welcome. Fantastic location and super price. Our new go to hotel for Wellington

   Nice hotel, almost perfect stay. Unfortunately some slight issues, under beds look like they havent been cleaned in a long time, same with the heaters in the room and had mold growing around drain holes on the bathroom floor. I had breakfast room service the first morning of my stay, i stayed two nights and my tray had still not been collected from outside my room the day i checked out so more than 24hrs sitting in the hallway, they serviced the room but didn't do anything about the food tray. also the toilet had a issue in the down stairs lobby which got water "well i hope it was water" all over the back of my pants, told reception and asked if they did a dry cleaning service as my pants needed to be cleaned. She reluctantly said yes it takes 2 hours which i reply excellent, which she replied have a good day. Heres me holding my pants in my hand looking at her in the eye "i had new pants on by then fyi", and she goes back to her computer, i then said ok i guess this is my problem then, which shes said is there anything else i can help with....apart from all of this, bar was good, food was excellent, coffee was outstanding, most staff were friendly and professional and rooms are priced very well, But just shame little easy things had stopped this place from being perfect,

   Really good value when we stayed for a weekend away. Got grab one voucher. Included 40 beverage and buffer breakfast, which was worth it. If your there I the weekend park on the street save yourself 25 per day parking.

   Really really really loved our stay here! We were going to see a match in the Sky Stadium it's only a 15 minute walk away. Hotel lobby and reception are lovely really nice receptionist on the desk too. Check in was quick and easy and our room was ready 30 mins before check in time! Room was loveeeely and warm (we stayed in winter time). Bathroom had nice shower, good pressure and the floor was warm when you got out of shower! 10/10 cheap and cheerful fridge in the room so you can BYOB. Would stay here again for another match as its so convenient! Check out also very easy and we even checked out 5 minutes later than we should have (sorry guys) and they didn't seem to mind at all. Thanks everyone working there! Also room very spacious and bright! Beautiful winter sun coming in through our window

   Never again. We stayed here as it was close to an appointment we had. However when we got to our room - there were dirty cups and glasses outside our door. Very off putting. The room inside was very small but we were happy to make do. The TV however was so quiet, I couldn't even hear it! And it was on max volume. Then, at 8am - we heard a knock at the door and room service just walked in. We were still in bed (and thankfully I put the security lock on the door). After room service failed to get in, we were called and asked why we were still in the room. We replied with "we thought check out was at 10am", "it is but we thought you left already" "no...still here".. so after that, we felt super uncomfortable and left asap. We didn't feel comfortable there at all. Big no from me.
