   National museum of New Zealand that hold a big native collection, 3 floors with a lot of history, and for me, the most impressive is the war one, with it's people representing what they were doing in a big scale, that you can view the details of the figures. Impressive displays and the tours give you a clear understanding of New Zealand not only as a country but also its land, people and nature. Current ANZAC exhibit is pretty impressive with real looking models, compliments of Weta.

   A must visit place at Wellington. Can explore the history and nature of NZ. There is a small bush and manmade nature outside the museum to feel the fresh air and nature. Very hygienic and well maintained art works. Need to pay for parking inside. The entry to the museum is free.
