   Have stayed here before with no issues. This time we booked accommodation through a third party agent over 7 months prior to our stay. Upon arrival we had trouble opening the lockbox. After several unanswered phone calls, and an email, to management we finally got through, and, after advising we couldnt locate the room key, we were told we didn't have a booking. We asked him to look up our booking number (incase the name given by the agent was incorrect) but he wasn't remotely interested in it and just kept saying "I don't have anything with your name". Whilst we were trying to get hold of the third party agent, to see what had happened, we overheard another couple have a very similar, but much more heated, conversation to ours with management. Our third party agent confirmed we did have a booking at the hotel, but also couldn't get hold of management, so ended up putting us in a much nicer hotel. As much as this place is a location that suits our needs, we won't ever be booking here again.

   This is the quietest place I have ever stayed in yet it is still within 10 minutes of the central city! Located in a spot close enough to town for shopping, dining, theatre etc. but not to be disturbed by weekend bars and clubs. The only disturbance over the weekend might be a wedding across the road at St Paul's. It is also very handy to a New World, several convenience shops, the Thorndon Chippery and a wonderful Italian restaurant. The apartment was very small but as it was just for me that wasn't an issue and it was easy to warm up! Plenty of storage space and all the usual amenities - washing machine, drier, dishwasher etc. The building is a little tired but if you're only staying short term, it serves its purpose.

   The room was good, but there’s no one respond my call or my email! I check out in the morning but I left more than four hundred bucks on the table accidentally. They didn’t even text me till now!!!

   Room was dirty, musty, smelt of urine.. utensils dirty in utensils drawer..glasses grime on them and plates looked unclean, shower tray dirty and mould in corners on shower door.. window sills dirty and dusty, carpet needed cleaning. Decided not to stay there.. run down..shabby, not a nice room, unhygienic.. still awaiting refund

   Really convenient to the city, warm and comfortable apartment. Easy walk to the railway station, shops, centre of town - there's a supermarket just around the corner. Apartment was well supplied, owner was responsive when we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

   FANTASTIC location Really enjoyed our stay here, the owner was super helpful and friendly. The hallways to our apartment seemed a bit gloomy to be honest but once we got inside we were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped, sizeable and comfortable the apartment was with awesome views to boot. Literally a 2 min walk from the bus station ready to easily and cheaply go anywhere in Wellington. Definitely recommend

   Not impressed! Walk from the lift to the room and the smell of curry and musty smell was very strong. Walk into the room there is frozen home made food in fridge and freezer, food crumbs all over the floor in the entire room and the smell of dust + body smell in the very small room. I didnt end up sleeping in the room and wasted $149. The only thing clean was the sheets from my initial look but couldnt get over the smell and overall unclean feel of the room. My parents also stayed at the same place in a bigger room and have the same views. They had coffee rings still left on the table
