The staff were incredibly efficient, making sure I was attended to promptly without compromising on quality. The attention to detail in their work was exceptional, and I left with nails that exceeded my expectations.    Loved my experience here! Honestly was taken well care off. The first place where I got welcomed straight away! The nail tech helped me choose colours which complimented me nicely. Nail tech took her time making sure all my nails were even. First place where I didn’t have to get up to wash my hands. Nail tech came with a warm soapy towel to clean my nails and!!! A nice hand massage when she was done! Don’t find that often. Appreciate the work she did and going into detail! I found my new fav place! Please keep it up! Gorgeous group of professionals.

   Bad customer service, you do not get what you want. The staff member had a very strong opinion on what she wanted me to do. Also, she gave a personal comment about my hair in front of other customers, which made me feel stink. Was so glad to be out of there.

   Tammy and her staff at Khoi are FANTASTIC! I have been taking my Mother into the salon for 'girls time & pampering' for a few years now and the team are always a pleasure to deal with, their skills are great and we're never disappointed. All at a reasonable rate too! Busy salon so if you can then it is best to book... but they can usually take 'walk ins' when not too busy - just be respectful and understanding if you have to wait a little bit... a busy salon means they are popular and worth the wait! Thanks Tammy and the team - we LOVE our afternoons spent with you all Alie & Rose xxx

   My daughter BOOKED to have her nails done, tips & French polish. Her appointment was 3.30, she didn’t get out of the salon until 5.30!!! 2hrs to do what should take 1hr all because they start you then get up and leave you to attend to someone else and so it goes until hours later you are finally finished. I think this method is poor, especially if you’ve booked you should be tended to from start to finish without being left to sit and wait for periods inbetween. Pretty rude way to treat customers I think. Thanks for your reply…. Just to clarify, my daughter did not need any soaking as she did not have any acrylic or even any polish on her nails. She did not take 15 mins to decide what colour as she went in there knowing she wanted French. I understand maybe some curing/drying time but I cannot justify 2hrs for application of acrylic onto bare nails. I have been at the salon before and I see how you operate there and all I am saying is that I feel that it’s a little rude to start off and then stand up and leave the person sitting there part done without an explanation to go and start someone else. It’s just an observation that I think you should take as constructive criticism. If it’s how you must operate there then at least explain the process to your client so they know what’s going on. Just good customer service really. Not faulting your work in this instance.

   Today I had the best nail experience I've ever had. After being let down by my regular nail place of 2 years I was really struggling to find a nail place again. I heard a lot of amazing reviews about Khoi Nails and thought I'd give it a try. The staff at Khoi are so extremely warm and welcoming. Tammy is absolutely brilliant, the place was so clean and friendly. I couldn't recommend Tammy and her team more. For sure i will be going back in 4 weeks time! Thank you so much Tammy and all the Khoi team, I am so grateful for the service you provided today. :)
