   I just had an amazing facial with Grace, and I have to say, it’s hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, and I've had an few over the years! I actually fell asleep, which says it all. It usually takes me a while to fully unwind, but I relaxed instantly. Grace has such strong yet gentle hands, and the head, face, shoulder, and arm massage was absolutely perfect. The creams she used smelled wonderful and felt so good on my skin. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I can’t wait to go back!

   literally 5 star experiences as always with 5 star girls!! I’ve recently had appointments with Gemma in the past (teen facials) she’s so professional & knows what she’s talking about, I noticed the biggest difference straight away & she provided me with recommended products to help clear my skin. I met Charlotte today (collagen infusion mainly for hydration in my particular case) as I wanted to brighten my skin since it is cleared majorly, she was so knowledgeable and made it so personalised for me after my consultation ensuring even after the facial was done and I was out of the room that I have everything I need to help the 7 layers of skin produce oils evenly. After leaving my family noticed instant results and my friends noticed the difference too without them knowing I just had a facial. A lot of people around me spoke such high words about this place and it really does exceed expectations if you stay consistent. Such beautiful and talented girls, Thankyouuu!!

   I was gifted a Hydration Nutritional Facial for my birthday and booked in to see Louise. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time at the clinic and left feeling relaxed, glowing, and like a weight lifted off my shoulders! She took photos of my skin with a special camera that shows different layers of your skin and Louise explained everything really well. She definitely knows a great deal about skin and is great at explaining how the products used actually benefit the deeper layers of the skin. Really looking forward to my next visit!

   Always loved visiting Chrysalis for different treatments, but unfortunately it looks like I need to find a different place. Lately all my appointments get cancelled last minute. Last time I agreed to go to Browns Bay branch - ok, not a problem things happen. But this morning I received a call an hour before my appointment to inform me my appointment is canceled again. No alternative time to rebooked. This is really disappointing
