This was by far my worst experience at this clinic. I had a 10:45 appointment and arrived around 10:46–10:47 because of traffic lights and taking a wrong turn. I was literally one minute late. Considering that every single time I come here I have to wait at least 10 minutes for them, I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue. And no one apologized or explained to me why. Instead, the lady at the front desk immediately spoke to me in a scolding tone: “You’re late, our schedule is very tight.” Honestly, I was shocked. So when you keep clients waiting it’s totally fine, but when a client is one minute late it suddenly becomes unacceptable? The double standard is impressive. The technician who did my laser session looked like she didn’t want to be there at all — cold, unwelcoming, and doing the treatment like it was a burden. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves it. I still have one last voucher and I’ll use it, but after that I will never come back. If you expect basic respect, professionalism, or simply not being talked down to, this clinic is not the place.
I’ve been seeing Selina for over a year now and she is by far the best nurse I’ve been to for Botox. She’s incredibly friendly, so lovely to chat to, and always makes me feel comfortable. Selina is also clearly very knowledgeable and gives the best advice about injectable treatments, which really shows in the results. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had a highly disappointing experience at Laser Clinics that I feel compelled to share. I want to clarify that I don't attribute it to racial discrimination, but rather a personal encounter. I had booked an appointment at 10 am through their website. However, upon arrival, the receptionist named Nola informed me that my appointment was not registered and suggested rescheduling for the earliest slot at 4:30 pm. Throughout our interaction, Nola showed no signs of warmth or friendliness. I understand that there may have been some booking mishap or Nola may have been having a bad day due to weather conditions—I can't be certain. Nonetheless, I decided to leave and return in the afternoon. When I arrived again, there was no one at the reception desk. After waiting for a few minutes, with more customers arriving, I took a seat to wait. That's when Nola emerged, and a Caucasian woman approached her stating she had a 4:30 pm appointment. Nola began checking the information and realized the woman's appointment hadn't been successful either. However, instead of addressing the situation with me, Nola immediately prioritized the other woman, allowing the nurse to attend to her first. Another receptionist appeared at that moment, so I hurriedly approached and inquired about my situation. She asked me to fill out the necessary forms and then left. After completing the paperwork, there was still no one attending to me, leaving me to wait alone. It was only after 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, when the woman who cut ahead of me emerged from the nurse's treatment room, that the nurse finally took my information. Considering Laser Clinics' status as a large professional chain, the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist and the poor experience they provided to new customers were highly disappointing. If I were to rate the nurse's professionalism, I would give it a 4 out of 5. However, due to Nola's personal impact, I can only give a rating of 1 out of 5.
I'm so glad that Laser Clinics had a branch in Albany and it good location it just in the Westfield Albany mall. You can attend your session with Laser Clinics then after you can do shopping. What a great deal :-). I do had great experience with Josephine on laser hair removal. She helped me understand to take care myself. What are the do and don't. After a few session I already see the result and I'm so happy. Worth the time and money. Right now we doing facial treatment after 1st session you already see the result. Amazing ! If you visiting Laser Clinic Albany I definitely recommend Josephine for consultation . She is the best, friendly and very helpful. She always put the client first and considers all options to get the best result being conscious of budgets. Definitely coming back back for further treatments with Laser Clinic Albany!
