   I had an excellent experience with Jeewa and highly recommend him. He provided clear and professional guidance throughout my hair Botox treatment, explaining each step and giving honest advice tailored to my hair type. I really appreciated his caring approach and the detailed after-treatment advice, which helped me maintain the results properly. Jeewa was also outstanding with colour matching for my hair highlights — the shade blended perfectly and looked very natural. In addition, he gave my daughter a beautiful haircut and took the time to explain the reasons for her hair dryness, along with practical advice on how to care for it and improve its condition. Overall, Jeewa is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his clients’ hair health. A truly professional and trustworthy hairstylist.

   Jeewa is truly heaven-sent! After being with another salon for five years, I booked with Edge by Jeewa after seeing my friend’s highlights—and I’m so glad I did. He takes the time to understand what you want and what suits you best. He’s very meticulous, never rushes his work, and corrected my roots perfectly even though they were growing a different colour from the rest of my hair. It took five hours to complete, which really shows his dedication and attention to detail. I paid the agreed cost, but considering the time, effort, and products used, I honestly feel like I underpaid. Thank you, Jeewa—you’ve gained a new loyal client!

   I had my haircut done by Jeewa today and it was honestly one of the best barber experiences I’ve had in Auckland. He took the time to understand the style I wanted, gave professional suggestions, and the result came out even better than what I expected. The fade was clean, the top was shaped perfectly, and he paid attention to all the small details. He also helped tidy up my eyebrows, which made the whole look much sharper. Jeewa is friendly, patient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. If you want a fresh, clean, and well-styled cut, I highly recommend booking with Jeewa. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   The keratin treatment I got was the worst thing I’ve ever had done to my hair! The results lasted until the first wash (so around 3-4days) when I was promised it would last roughly 2-6 months. My scalp got terrible dandruff, itchiness and it hurt to tie up my hair due to the sensitivity. This was unusual as I don’t get dandruff. My healthy hair that I’ve spent ages growing became brittle and dry so I had to get my long hair cut short due to split ends and breakage. I got my hair done on the 5th of August, it is now the 25th and my scalp is still incredibly itchy and flaky. I’ve emailed twice and no reply.

   Yogeeta did my eyebrows (brow shape + tint + lash tint) for my wedding and they were honestly spectacular. Very reasonable price for a beautiful job. Yogeeta is professional and has lovely customer service skills as well. She remembered me for my second appointment three months after my wedding appt! Very impressed and my new go to place to get my eyebrows done when I want a bit of pampering

   Get my eyebrows threaded and Priti always manages to do a great job with great customer service (sometimes the two are not always connected!) I also got my hair done with Sue and she was great and gave me exactly what I was looking for! Good place for your regular hair and beauty services at a reasonable price!

   Amazing service by sue and preeti for my wife hair wash , blow and cut . Also nice eyebrows shape and great facial treatment service . Their price is also reasonable. Location is great in Albany Westfield. Staff is very trained and helpful . Also they did my hair cut and nose wax . Really happy with the service

   DO NOT GET LASHES DONE HERE Thought i would try somewhere closer to home for my lashes today biggest mistake ever. walked out of the store with lashes already falling off. I had my eyes both glued shut and pried open glue dropped in my eyes and lash remover also in my eyes. On top of that the lashes looked so bad i returned to get them removed i was too embarrassed to be out and about with lashes that bad the “manager” who did my lashes was so up herself was convinced she did really nice “natural lashes” on me… what a laugh. after me showing how upset i was all she would do to compensate me was give me 40 dollars back less than half of what i paid all because “she has to explain why she gave the refund to her boss” meaning she didn’t want to get in trouble. Worst customer service i’ve ever heard of. honestly gross. walked out 60 bucks out of pocket and no lashes such an amazing experience lol
