   Fantastic & professional team at Idesi legal. I have been struggling since 2017 getting my residence to stay in New Zealand for my little daughter. My daughter was born and raised so she’s automatically entitled to a Citizenship as for me being a single dad i was facing many problems with INZ with my residence let alone a work visa. I was sent multiple letters of my last dates in New Zealand that i would need to leave the country and go back to my birth country. But i kept fighting to remain in New Zealand with my daughter till i was on the point to giving up. I then stumbled across an advertisement on my facebook reels about Idesi and how they helped so many people whom were struggling the same way i was with INZ. I clicked on the advertisement and it brought me to to their page i read the review people has posted about their experience and also watched some of their video when their clients testified their experienced and brought gift as a token of appreciation at their office. I was captured by their experienced and knew this could be my chance of getting my residence as well. I did not hesitated and emailed them with my information and a bit about myself and the struggles i was dealing with INZ they then told me to come in their Johnsonville branch with all my documents i have and letters from INZ witch i did. Every since that day after my face to face meeting with them talking about myself and showing them everything i have been going through with all the replies INZ sent me, i felt a big relief on my shoulders knowing that they have took me on board and reassured me that everything will be okay and that they will work so hard to get me a Visa to remain in New Zealand. Till this day 6/8/25 i have received a surprising phone call from Mrs Kamil herself and told me my Residence Visa has been granted. Therefore i would like to give Kamil and her team at Idesi Legal for the reassurance and the hard work you and your dedicated team have done for me and my little daughter. It was a long time waiting but it was totally worth it. Those whom are struggling anything with INZ i 100% recommend Kamil and her professional team at Idesi legal for anything immigration related.

   Critical: No knowledge of current Immigration rules for a student visa. First of all, this one star is only because I needed to submit this review. Otherwise they deserve minus stars. We went to their Johnsonville Branch to get help with a student visa. Even after calling them a day before to get an appointment we ended up getting the worst advisor one can ask for. The female indian lawyer looked young but we thought looks can deceive and she might be brilliant at her job. But in the first minute or so we were proven incorrect. She was not at all brilliant, rather she just wanted to get rid of us. We wanted to know about a student visa but she ended up pressuring us for Residency pathways which we did not want to know. My partner kept asking all the legal questions as she did her research before our meeting. Sitting there looking at both of them I thought my partner know more about the immigration law than this immigration advisor. She didn’t know anything. Only kept saying yes or no to what my partner was asking. Basically what she told us is that there is no option or a future here for a student who comes to study a 3 years bachelors degree in a proper university. If you are planning in going to this Johnsonville branch, don’t have your hopes up. I called Malcom Pacific right after that and within 10 mins their manager gave me all the information to start the visa process.
