   Pathetic customer service. I went to watch Avatar movie with my family. I went for a popcorn refill during the movie and was told to stand in queue for same while the movie was still going. What is the benefit of paying for the yearly membership when I can’t avail the services. It’s completely pathetic customer service what they offer to there customer.

   So it's more for a Uber eats failed delivery. I like their food and have friends over to watch old films. Over the last week. Deliveries have cancelled the two times I've tried to order something from Uber eats. Saying that they don't have something in stock. The company becomes unable to take orders on the Uber Eats App. Tried phoning Hoyts to ask what's going on and what's not in stock. No answer. Forwarded to their voicemail service. Can't leave a message because it's full.

   Going to the movies in my opinion is a special treat, and it helps when the cinema has everything you need for a great time. Hoyts Wairau is very convenient located, and has plenty of parking which makes a huge difference, so you're not stressed before the film looking for a park. Once inside, the comfort continues with plush, comfortable seating that lets you sink in and put your feet up. No cinema trip is complete without snacks, and a good variety ensures there's something for everyone, from classic popcorn to more gourmet options.

   The movie was nice. Went to watch Lilo & Stitch. Bought a stitch blanket from here. The lazy boy chair was nice. It was very comfortable. Customer service was nice. They were very talkative. You can buy alcohol from here. Looks clean and tidy. There's a small arcade game for kids to enjoy here while waiting.

   Great theatre, nice movie experience. Sound was good and the screen was big enough. The cinema was a bit small and the leather seats were a bit worn down. Furthermore, there it is pretty dirty in there.

   Good to have such comfy seat in the cinema. I was also very impressed with the girl who was on the counter selling the tickets last Sunday 16th July 2023. Her name was Zoe ands she was so nice and obliging and made for a good experience.
