   Honestly have had bad experiences every time i come into this cinema. I came in about two months ago and paid full price for a reclining chair just for it not to work, got a free ticket for another recliner chair just to come and get ANOTHER faulty recliner. Staff is lazy as well, they forgot items i ordered both times which i had to go back and ask about. 0/10, would give zero stars if i could.

   I like that Westgate Cinemas offers half price Tuesday tickets, especially since movie prices keep climbing. Most of the time I’m fine waiting for Tuesday instead of paying full price on release day, so it makes going to the movies more affordable and enjoyable. The cinema is always clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s a solid place to catch a film without breaking the bank.

   Worst picture quality I have seen ever. Only good are the seats but you have to look upwards wherever you sit. The sites of the movue picture is cut off and the screen very tiny.

   Westgate is our local and was recently renovated last year, and ever since my partner and I enjoy going regularly! The main entrance lounge area has stunning feature lighting, and is really spacious. The arcade has some great options for entertainment before heading into the theater. The new leather recliner chair theater options make it feel like gold glass without having to drive a long way to Albany

   Excellent service. Cinema is clean, neat and tidy. Wish they would advertise their specials though. They had an awesome deal for the little mermaid (special cup with popcorn) but we didn't know about it until we asked about the cups

   Good venue parking can get packed as its in the same vicinity of other outlets food, drink and shopping. Spacious when you walk in. Staff friendly and attentive and reclining chairs EPIC!!!

   This was such a lovely experience! I went to watch Top Gun in the recliner lounge. The chairs are so comfy! It make the experience even more entertaining. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. The renovations they did is really stunning
