Disappointed in Event Cinema- not necessarily St Lukes. Can't believe they only issue a one year gift voucher expiry. Most shops have 2 years, especially when it is a form of cash. Tried to contact their support service but never heard back from them. Won't be buying gift cards from them until the new laws come in and gift vouchers have a 3 year expiry. Cash shouldn't expire!

The picture is inside of vmax. How do arm rests get worn like this? Screen and sound is fine but everything else is worn out and dated.
Dont get me started on how disgusting the toilets are!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this Event Cinemas location. The big wide screen and the fact that it wasn't crowded made our movie experience even better. We were particularly impressed by the service provided by a gentleman with a beard who worked there, although we didn't catch his name. He went above and beyond to assist us. We visited around 1:40, and he finished his shift at 5pm on sept 19, 2023. We can't express how thankful we are for his exceptional service. It's worth noting that only a few staff members were as accommodating and helpful as he was. We hope you consider hiring more staff members like him in the future.

Good customer service, but very old cinema rooms. The seats were so dirty. Why would I pay the same price to go here, if I could go to a nicer event cinemas eg Albany or New Market.

I recently visited St. Luke's Cinema and had a rather disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the theaters left much to be desired, as they were consistently dirty regardless of the time of day. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the coffee machine was always out of order. When I inquired about it, the manager on duty simply suggested going to Starbucks instead. Unfortunately, even that option was not available as Starbucks had closed. It was particularly frustrating since the cinema plays movies at night, especially during the winter season when a warm beverage would have been appreciated. To make matters worse, the staff at St. Luke's Cinema were consistently rude and unhelpful. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with my visit to St. Luke's Cinema due to these various issues.

The cinemas are clean and tidy there's also a time out for the kid's before or after the movie. Price's are a tad steep but justified. I suggest getting a cinebuzz rewards card, we were able to save $6 of the cost our tickets.Staff are a mixture of polite friendly and bored.. Medium Coke $6 Ice creams $6 expensive
