   Didn't ever feel over charged, prices are good and the guy has great customer service skills but I took my car in 3 times to fix a squealing belt, was charged for it all three times, and the belt was never actually fixed. However there were always other things "needing to be". To his credit, he gave me the option to say no despite making it seem dangerous to do so. I felt like if I was a little more car savvy I could've worked it out with the guy... Overall not the worst, not the best either.

   I went to BSC to get an issue with my car steering checked out and ended up needing to get my rear subframe bushes replaced. Strat was really great - he explained things to me really easily, and when I went to pay he explained the break down of costs and it made me feel confident that I wasn’t getting ripped off. Best way to contact Strat is over phone rather than email. I’ll definately go back to BSC if I ever have a mechanical issue again. Kia ora Strat, thanks for your excellent service.
