   Poor Service - Unprofessional and Unreliable I dropped off my car for a battery change on Wednesday and was told it would be ready by the next day. However, the shop didn't pick up any of my calls on Thursday or Friday, leaving me in the dark about what was going on. I had to walk to the shop myself on Monday, only to be told that the battery hadn't arrived on time. There was zero communication throughout, and the garage was very untidy. Overall, an unprofessional experience—would not recommend.

   I took my car to the mechanician Brendon to fix the headlight. The problem wasn't been fixed - the headlight is still leaking and foggy. AND, they damaged the panel around the headlight ! 1.Disrespectful Brendon didn't tell me he broke my car on the phone and no apology. When I picked up my car, another lady passed this message. 2. Unprofessional They offered to fix the panel on their cost but I was the one kept calling and texting to chase them up. He never replied the calls and texts. 3. Unreliable They promised again and again would arrange the repair and call me, but they never keep their words So far, the Panel problem still hasn't been fixed, what a nightmare!

   We had a problem with the side door of our van. We had an appointement at 8h30 and we had to wait one hour because the garage wasn't open at time ... They don't call us when the van was ready and ... 4 days ago the door was already broken, it's a shame to pay 110$ for nothing !!

   Absolutely useless. Took 10 days to diagnose an issue on the car, never bothered to call to give an update, when I called I was told to come pick up the car when it wasn't actually ready. After paying $1,500 I had to bring the car back because it wasn't fully fixed. And after another 3 days and despite being told all was fixed... well it clearly wasn't... I have given up and getting the car fixed somewhere else. Waste of time and money!
