   An absolutely incredible service! I bought the Ronin Ultra, and it's exceeded all of my expectations. Furthermore, their customer service is some of the best I've ever had, endlessly helpful and quite flexible as well. Their PCs are also some of the most affordable on the market, especially compared to the big box stores around Auckland. Absolutely recommend this service, easily my new favorite PC shop.

   I ordered the Assassin PC turned up in a couple of days, didnt have a single issue at all! Packed super secure i was over the moon. I liked that it came with some easy instructions to follow instructions for admin set ups. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a pc regardless of budget, these guys have a ton of options

   Absoloutly awesome the gaming pc is amzing, better than my expectations of my son. I did spend a little more but that because its so much easier to ass the extra ddr ram and extra storage at what I think is a very dair price. O erall, this pc has made my son very happy ànd he loves it! I also lo e it too and considering buying one for myswlf soon so I can play wirh him. He wasnt sure if I could deliver a gaming pc that was good, talked with his freinds at school but I am so happy that this exceeds his expectations too! (Joeever, please research before buying so that you can ensure tou buy the best!)

   Usually ordered online. If you don't understand the equipment, like me, you can also go to the store for face-to-face consultation. There is a Taiwanese Paul who can communicate in Chinese. Paul is very professional and familiar with e-sports. When I picked up the goods, Paul flew back to Taiwan to participate in the e-sports competition. The router he recommended solved the problem of 2dgree's frequent disconnection.

   Play tech is hands down the best PC company i’ve ever dealt with. Came in to figure out why my machine was slow - ended up getting a few new bits, which are working beautifully. Dan explained the components to me that I had 0 clue about - which I really did appreciate. After getting some internal components I decided my setup needed a bit of an overhaul. Dan gave me suggestions for the best gear in my price range - all of which turned out amazing. Great deals and a super fun team to be around. 10000000% recommend for any computing needs.

   Absolutely awesome experience doing business with them! I bought the Moza R5 bundle with the brake upgrade and a GT Racing setup from them and it's just blown me away with not only the quality of their products, but also the customer support they gave. Shout out to Dan who helped me through the process. If I get good at this, I'm certainly going back to them for future upgrades. It's been a great experience throughout! I'm picky with the money I spend and Playtech have proven to be absolutely worthwhile. Update- I've since added the ES Formula racing wheel upgrade and the CM HD screen, with the Formula wheel transforming the experience for the better! The CM HD screen for now, just replicates the information I get on the screen- I hope they'll upgrade it in the future. Overall, all the products so far, except the CM HD screen have made sim racing a very enjoyable experience.Highly recommended!
