Absolutely thrilled with the service on NZ Electronics Milford. They went over and above to help me when my son playing games on my phone resulted in my being hacked. Very scary. But they were calming and extremely helpful and fixed the issue!! Highly recommend!!

Cracked the screen in my MacBook Pro brought last Nov. Paid deposit for NZ Electronic repair to order new screen in April. After 4 visits, numerous unfulfilled promises I cancelled the job in July and got my deposit back. Extremely poor service, never called back when they said they would. Told lies (we tried to call you yesterday...yet no missed calls). Never going back!
Got my Macbook Pro 2020 screen replaced. Had my doubts as it was my first time going to non-apple store, but all my doubts were replaced with confidence and appreciation after seeing the work. Great Service! Great Workmanship! Extremely Professional! Great Price!!! And finally, it was all done within half an hour (compared to a week that I was told by other shops), so great time wise too!!!! Can't recommend enough!
