This is the best vegan food I have ever tasted and I have lived in many countries and made and eaten vegan food everywhere for 20 years. Their smoked tofu and broccoli dish was absolutely divine. The choice of numerous hot dishes and salads was also superb. Thank you for such an amazing eating experience.. It would have been made perfect if water had been filtered -- fresh and clean to match the food. They get 10 out of 10 for their wonderful menu.

Everyday this is my go-to option for lunch since one of my vegan friend took me here. Great vegan foods, good portion, reasonable price, and lovely staffs too ❀️

The Asian style power bowls are the main attraction here, and you can pick from your favourite curries. Meals here definitely feel healthier than many other lunch offerings, while still tasting great! Their burgers are quite unique as they rely heavily on the flavour of the Asian mock meats, worth a try if you're into that.

Eat burgers only, very poor taste. Small portion, no fries, no salad, no presentation, burger on plate, that’s it. Taste is the same as the look. They have more menu options, but 2:30pm everything was empty, so we go for β€œsmoky seitan” and β€œspicy pulled jackfruit”, I was dissapointed. Interior is fine, cozy seating. First impression is bad, not planning to come back.

Really great vegan food! Build your own veggie bowl with tons of different options. I also tried the vegan nuggets and dumplings they were just as amazing.

Vegetarians and Vegans rejoice, this place gives you real choice for lunch or dinner. No longer restricted by salads and cooked veges, this place provides burgers, stir frys and proper meals that are filling and most importantly delicious. Within the Press Hall food centre, this place establishes a refreshing alternative to other more regular options in the hall. The service is fast and efficient, the staff are friendly and there is allot of aroha that had gone into the dishes. The Smoky Seitan burger is fantastic with a bean curd based patty that is a great alternative to the usual beef patty. It is also packed with fresh vegetables which makes the burger very satisfying yet not stodgy at all. It's quite possibly my new favourite place for lunch in Wellington and yes I am not vegetarian or vegan. Just "Keep Calm and Eat Plant-Strong".

Went to Aroha because of the previous reviews and it did not disappoint. There was a queue (good sign). Lots of information on the walls to tell you what to order. I got the power bowl for $12.80. See attached pics. Fast, friendly service and so much to choose from. So happy to find this place. Reasonable prices and great variety. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
