Have been here several times and have always loved the food and service. Went here tonight with friends and was very disappointed. Have always ordered the prawn and scallop “buddy” dish. On our recommendation our friends and us ordered the “buddy” dish. tonight there were half the number of prawns and scallops (have always got 6 scallops and 6 prawns) and my serving had no cashews. I told the waitress I was disappointed, she said she would tell the manager. From that moment on there was no further contact We will not be returning. A little customer service would go a long way
Restaurant is absolutely beautiful with a romantic feel to it. Perfect for date night. Delicious food and they come round and top up your rice! Service is very friendly. Recommend the Thai fried rice!
Food is great, had takeaway and went to dine upon many recommendations. Arrived at 6pm and left at 8:45, over an hour between our entree and mains while a large table and couple smaller ones arrived after us and were served first. Feel sorry for front of house while manager hid in kitchen until the end. Abysmal attitude to why food was delayed, will not be back and I'm sure a few other 6+ tables also (left after drinks after food was over an hour wait without any staff mentioning the wait time)
Love this place although I have only dined in once but many takeouts. Great ordering system that easily let's you easily customize each dish, Ie extra meat, degree of spiciness, add cashews etc. Flexible payment options too, use card online or card or cash at pickup. Other food outlets should take note. Friendly staff and wide menu choices including plenty of vegetarian versions. Delivery available too
Staff are very friendly and restaurant itself really gives a Thai feel with the background music and decor. The food is presented well and appetising but hard to compete in flavour and quantity with so many Thai food options within a suburb away which are a bit cheaper. Still a good experience.
We booked Khawhom for New Years Eve and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely helpful, and friendly particularly Cindy. The food was divine and amongst the best Thai I have ever had. Plenty of parking.
The first time I can order a rare item from the Thai restaurant in Auckland, I get the same taste as I had it in Thai. My fish and seafood were so clean and fresh. It highly recommended here, if you want to have the original taste as Thailand.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant by far! The food is delicious and the staff are very accommodating to every need during your time there. It's a very quiet and intimate space for a relaxing meal; the atmosphere makes you feel like you arent in Auckland. We thoroughly enjoyed our most recent visit and will be returning again. Best part is if they are super busy which they have been in the past you can have take away. Please visit this place; it's worth every dollar.
