   I was really annoyed as I thought I couldn't get the Dubious promo deal as it was a meat pizza. I love participating in the promos. The staff then offered to make it plant-based as I argued it was just replacing a topping. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me being able to participate. I am grateful for them. They also carried out all measures professionally and asked for my ID as they should with that kind of deal.

   Never ordering food here again been ordering for awhile too. But when you tell me to meet you on the street because you're ro lazy to walk up the stairs!! That's a big no no especially with amount you have to pay for, what if I have covid you just going to leave it on the street? What kind of management is running that store?? Train your employees how to do their job...

   Worst service i ever had to deal with.The staff are the rudest i ever have come across in customer service.After a long,stressful day i decided to order as i was a customer at the Strathmore store so i ordered with uber eats.I have just moved and automatically the uber eats app linked the old address.I tried to cancel the order online through the app but unfortunatelly i couldnt, when i called the store asking them to please help me as the order was worth $55 and was going to wrong address or unleast to guide me on what to do or if they could even hold it in store without giving it to the uber driver until i got there in 5 minutes the staff, told me we are too bussy to deal with this then hanged up the phone on me,then i called again and asked to speak to someone incharged the person incharged told me also that they are too bussy to deal with this, then i called back and the woman there second time when she answered i asked her to speak to the person incharged that i was talking to before told me in a rude matter "he is too bussy and we are too bussy to deal with u" and hanged up the phone again.Again i called another guy answered and i said please again to keep my order there and he said the driver will be here in 2 minutes and we are giving your order away.I have never in my life come across anything like this disgusting behaviour and customer service and if you complain to the customer service email on the website again you get a response that is in a very unprofessional matter.I know now next time i choose to order for sure it wont be from Hells Pizza because my experience is from hell.

   Normally a great takeaway option on the penninsula. However last time we ordered our pizzas hadn't been cut through and it seemed as though they had been dropped at some stage. When I called to let them know they did offer to send replacements but at that point it was too late and kids ate their pizza with knife and fork. Was offered vouchers but they never followed through. Felt like I'd been palmed off.

   The pizza is really expensive for its taste and their pizzas aren’t very tidy! They don’t even put tomato! Their rival dominos are ten times better. I had a voucher for my pizza and they excepted it and after 25 minutes they apparently didn't even take the order so I had to sit there for ages! I highly recommend somewhere else.
