My family used to get food here regularly but we have now stopped. They mess our order up almost every time and the quality is dreadful. The order was wrong the last 3 times we have been and they compensate for mistakes with a single free pizza, despite multiple mistakes each order. Please don't waste your money here.
There's a counter top where you can eat, but this is foremost a takeaway. The creative names are a bit obscure, but the ingredients are good quality, reflected in the prices.
Visiting NZ from Australia, WOW Guys you really set the bar for fantastic Pizza. Hand stretched, it was something completely off the charts. Whatever Pepperoni you are using never change it . It was freaking delicious. Thanks so much. Love Love Loved it!
The staff noticed I had requested my pizza without cheese from an online ordered and within I uses called to check if I was dairy free to make it in the diary free zone. I am not, I just don't like a lot of cheese. It was kind and thoughtful to call and check just in case.
This is more a review for the cursed pizza I ordered which has chicken, gherkin and mustard being the main ingredients.......normally I would consider such a combination to be an affront to Italian cuisine let alone pizza but for some reason it is f@#$ing delicious....if this pizza showed it's face in Italy it would summarily be crucified...will order again
I really like Island Bay Hell.they are supper friendly and kind. The last time I ordered a pizza online. It was on a Saturday night my pizza was about a hour late may be it was bit more than that. But they were cazy busy and short staff that night. So I wasn't that worry about it. But they ended up giving like a $35 give voucher for the my next order. So thanks that was very cool of you guys.
