Such a nice place to visit to whet your appetite. Nice cosy place right inside the Snowplanet.

Huge thanks to Nigel and his team for ensuring out Big BNI Secret Santa Breakfast was a success. From sharing their expert advice re organising the event for 80 peeps to accommodating the Christmas activities we wanted. The restaurant looked amazing, food was delicious, dietary requirements catered for, and great service - made us very welcome. Thanks Nigel, see you next year. Mariska

We booked for Motherβs Day High Tea. On the night before Motherβs Day our Matriarch (99yrs) was rushed to hospital and Summits sympathised and placed our booking on hold. The Photoβs depict our very own Motherβs Day High Tea, after our Mother had recovered. Our Celebration included 3 Mothers gifted by daughters and sons. The food was delicious. Customised especially for our various Dietary Requirements. The Service was absolutely amazing! Their caring yet professional service throughout a stressful time for us culminating in a joyous celebration!

Nice place and the only one around the snowplanet. Nobody come to welcome. You choose your table and sit. What a pity that no one come to take the order. You have to order on line, just scan the qr code and pay online.

Pretty average spot. Definitely overpriced and nothing exciting. We had an underwhelming chicken Caesar salad at $31 and the kumara fries at $15. Yikes! Come on guys, this could be so much better! The lady who served us was lovely and interested although the overall feeling of the place was that no one really cared.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered the beef burger and it was the WORST burger Iβve ever had. The description said βBeef burger with chips and a SALADβ but the salad never came and when I asked them whereβs the salad they said that the salad βcame in the burgerβ. The only vegetables were some crusty old lettuce and tomato. It had 2 bits of pre made beef patty stuck together and was so disgusting. My friend ordered the Eye Fillet at medium rare which was a whopping $30 and it was raw!!! He threw up in the bathrooms because of how disgusting it was. Service is very poor, we had to order ourselves at the bench and I had to wait there for about a minute before the staff woman got off her phone realised someone was there waiting to order. Do not order food here unless you are willing to pay for very overpriced bar food that has been frozen and reheated.

The salmon was off and there was no apology nor anyone from the kitchen / management willing to look at it or replace the meal. The $20 burger was less than average and I wouldn't have paid $10 for this cheap meat. Drinks took an age to come. The fact that you're forced to pay in advance for the food leaves all the power with the terrible management and a total disregard for their customers. What a shame, they used to be good here (pre Covid times) and we talked about booking a Christmas lunch here... No way would I do that after today's experience.

I dined here for a work function and we had a 3 course meal. The wait staff were lovely and considerate of our requests. The stater/table nibbles were a bread roll per person and a very sweet salsa or maybe it was meant to be a chutney. For the entree I had pulled pork buns, this was nice, but under seasoned. My main was gnocchi, this was very sweet and again, under seasoned. I didn't enjoy the gnocchi very much and mostly ate the asparagus. The other people dining with me had steak. it looked like a perfect medium rear but unfortunately the sides for this was steamed broccoli and cauliflower and 4-6 chips. I counted. Dessert was the redeeming savior of the evening. I had a plum pudding and wow it was rich, moist and everything I wanted. Picture is of gnocchi main.

We had a break and grabbed a few things to share. We ordered at the bar and found a table. Between four people we had the nachos (recommended by the bar staff and stranger), wedges and curly fries. Decently sized portions and it was quite tasty. Nice view of the slope through the glass. The dining area was partially cleaned when we got there around 2030.
