   Ordered a garlic deluxe shrimp and so disappointed with the amount of shrimps on the pizza and it tasted rubbery and dry the shrimp. To pay so much and get rubbish shrimps is not acceptable. Do better, stop ripping people off and make pizzas that actually look like what Pizza advertised. Never again ordering from Pizza Hut Birkenhead - always a disappointment

   Placed an order and received the incorrect items, the manager rung me and said he was happy to replace half our order with the correct items, I said that I insisted that the delivery driver take back what was incorrect however the driver said he cant take them back. So the store manager still refused to supply the full correct items (stating that he cant). Would not recommend as this was not the first time we had issues..

   Ordered food, didn't show up anywhere near on time, called to ask about the status and they didn't even bother to pick up the phone, arrived super late and not hot, spoke to the driver and he said he was a 3rd party driver. Trash experience.

   This is a $7.5 pizza. The bread to crust ratio is around 50/50. Like comeon! I ordered a pizza not a loaf of bread garnished with some cheese. Not a happy customer at all. I've been to this pizza hut a handful of times throughout the past decade. And the quality has been getting consistently worse and worse. Things need to change or this store is getting cancelled.

   The customer service is very good at this place I ordered a pepperoni and a veggie pizza from the classic range. I was amazed by the value of money I received. The toppings were to the edge which is quite good given the fact that the pizzas were only $6 each. Very happy and will definitely be back
