The stuff is very friendly and after coming a few times they already remember who I am and that makes me feel like a welcomed customer. I also reckon the Pizza Hut here is probably the best quality out of the Northshore Pizza Hut that I have tried so far. They always give lots of good effort and have a smile on the face with good attitude.

The self claimed manager came to take my order while speaking to someone on the phone and made me repeat the order twice as he was busy on the phone. When I got the order the pizza was cut very shoddy like the worst cut ever even a kid will do a better job and when I asked about it all of the staff started defending it rudely and talking in local language probably abusing me, and when I said I want to talk to the manager the guy said he is the manager but refused to give his name. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant staff. I hope the real manager or franchise owner see this. If you hire people like this who are on the phone chilling during work, who respond rudely to customers, doesn't even care to cut the pizza properly and hides their name badge, its not going too far with such staff. I don't understand why the manager wears a name badge if he hides it from the customer.

"I" mistakenly ordered a pizza for pick up, that I thought was to be delivered. The pizza was of course never delivered. The next day after talking to the manager on the phone he offered to remake the order for free. Amazing customer service!

Made the mistake of ordering from here last week. Placed the order online just before 8pm for pick up at 8.15pm. Drove down at the pick up time and was told that they had tried calling me (I never recieved anything) to let me know that my order was going to be 15 minutes late, almost doubling our order time. I head home as the place is cold and has nowhere to sit to wait out the extra 15 minutes. After waiting, I call them to confirm so im not wasting my time driving down there to be turned away again, and get told that my order hasn't actually started, and is going to be yet another 15 minutes away. The brilliant solution I'm given is to instead go and pick my order up from a completely different store. I tell the employee that this is unacceptable and to cancel my order, and am assured that my order will ready in another 15 minutes and he won't cancel my order. I head back to the store, now 45 minutes after ordering and ask to pick up my order. They say no problem and charge my card for it without mentioning anything. Surprise surprise, it's still not ready, and has only just entered the oven. I wait the extra 10 minutes for them to make my order since ive paid and cant leave, and they try to give me (presumably) 45 minute old fries which I make them remake. I return to home and find that they've failed to add the chocolate drizzle to the kitkat tear and share. Do not order from here unless you want slow (if any) service, old food, and wrong orders. You have been warned. Ive added the order receipt and bank charge to show the ludicrous amount of time it took them to make a basic order, along with what our miserable looking tear and share looked like.

Disappointing my order should have been done at 7. I waited over 30mins for my pizza. Other customers walking in after me were getting their pizzas fresh before me. When my pizza was finally done it was cold. I will not be returning here again. I will drive to glenfield branch they always make my pizza fresh and on time. The staff need to work on communication with customers.

You have made me pay twice for food that was discribed on the pizza was not even included. We shouldnt have to pay alot of money if your business cant give us the right food that is basically discribed on your menu. BBQ BEEF AND ONION IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE MAYO ON TOP. TOP IT OFF ITS BURNT. Very disappointing. I recommend this pizza hut shouldnt been given an option to redeemed themselves if they always get orders wrong

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered today as part of the $2 special for a large pizza for the company I work with. I was grossly overcharged with little to no explanation, and an exorbitant wait time (told 10 minutes, waited 30+) only to receive the incorrect items. Worst part was, the garlic bread was mouldy - picture attached. When my colleague took it back, she was confronted by all 3 employees, before they cooked FOUR new garlic breads, with each single one being mouldy, which clearly speaks to their health code. They also refused a full refund, and would not acknowledge that I had been overcharged in the first place. I would warn anyone who intends to order here to inspect their food before leaving, and to be cautious of anything they store in the refrigerators. They do not have adequate food checking processes - if 4 consecutive garlic breads were mouldy I would imagine there were many other similar scenarios. Not impressed.
