I had a very bad experience at Hell Pizza Birkenhead. The pizza was cold and dry, with very little toppings. The base was hard and the cheese did not taste fresh. Service was slow and staff were not friendly. Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed and will not order again.
Base seems undercooked. Super disappointed for the price. Dominos down the road is better at 1/3 the price honestly. Won’t come back.
Ordered The morning after pizza 12" and chicken wings. Very delicious.
Paid $25 for a pizza just for there to be pieces with no sauce, cheese, or toppings. We come here somewhat frequently and the standard has been dropping recently. Pretty disappointed.

I’m very impressed with the staff and customer service at Hells pizza Birkenhead Their delivery staff are pleasant and efficient I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant For pick ups it is wheelchair accessible within Birkenhead however no Close Accessibility parking I would also commend this pizza Company for having an online accessible menu Although their pizzas have fancy names they’re also very good descriptions of what is on the toppings and navigating dietary requirements is helpful When using the delivery service My food has always arrived warm and never overcooked or cold slightly more pricey than some other food chains however you definitely get the quality
It used to be so good but now it's so inconsistent. We order every other Friday night, sometimes it's OK and sometimes it's bloody awful. Missing ingredients, insanely bad cutting of slices. Good job Pizza Hut is worse and Sals is too expensive.
