   I’m very disappointed with this order. They did not remove the ham as requested, and the onion rings I paid extra for were missing completely. This is not the first time Domino’s has shown such careless and unprofessional service. It feels like customers are simply not valued here.

   Order never arrived, tracker was stuck on "order processing" for over an hour and nothing came. No one answered the phone. Absolutely unacceptable service, hope they close down. Consistently the worst domino's in New Zealand. I've had pizzas from them that weren't even sliced!

   Absolutely disgusting service waited for over an hour for delivery for an order that was already paid for. Wouldn’t answer their phone so drove down to see what was happening to be told they have no delivery drivers and were busy. The store was empty and the pizza was still in the oven almost 2 hours after placing the order. When we tried saying it was unacceptable that no one contacted us the lady begun yelling at us saying that they have no drivers and she will cancel the order. She then proceeded to tell us not to order from there again and then swore at us. Absolutely disgusting!!

   Pretty happy with their online ordering system. Always make my own pizza as we find their flavours don’t suit our tastes. Had a mishap once with a system glitch and the order did not reach them but the service provided was good and they sorted the issue quickly. We find the olives are bitter and haven’t been ordering them in a while.

   Had pizzas ordered and paid for by a family member tonight. On delivery, the delivery guy told me it hadn't been paid for and left with the order. I confirmed it was paid for and my family member called the store. The delivery driver returned with the same order, now cold and missing 1 x chips. There was no apology from the delivery driver, he was rude and seemed amused by the situation. Very poor service and disappinting food. I wouldn't recommend to anybody, nor will I be a returning customer. Bad business. Do better.
