The team catered a large order of cheese pizzas and chips for our kid’s birthday party. Great communication and the order was prepared exactly on time – they went above and beyond opening early to ensure the pizzas were ready for early lunch. It was a huge hit with the kids and parents alike. Highly recommend for catering!
Ordered Pizza at 1:33 pm in the afternoon with a pickup time of 6:55 pm. They hadn't even printed the ticket off. Had to wait for them to make the pizza. The taste of the pizza was off too, as it was done in a hurry. We ordered that type of pizza few times before, so knew what to expect. Disappointing experience.
Ordered the Meaty Max pizza. The sliced meat under the toppings, supposedly ham and salami were weird and tasteless. Did not look like salami at all but rather some kind of fake engineered substance(?). Completely the wrong texture too. I phoned them and told them my thoughts but the guy insists it's real meat and is used in all the stores. That may be, but sorry, you just need to look at it to know it's not proper salami. Disappointing. Won't be ordering from here again.
Poor experience. Ordered pizza alot many times with pizza club other branch, they been fantastic but poor experience with hobsonville pizza club. Sometimes they overcook pizza and this time ordered chicken wings which was way too spicy and started coughing as soon as took a bite of it. Had chicken wings before as well. But, never happened like this. Feel like staff not trained much in terms cooking.
Quite simply the best pizza I've ever had, and I've a had a lot! I was very surprised it was an NZ company too. If you're a fan of flavoursome food with 'real' heat / spice I highly recommend the Mirchi Chicken Pizza, thank me later.
Really delicious pizzas. I had a BBQ Chicken pizza & a Siciliano pizza. Nice thin & crispy base decent amount of very tasty toppings. The Siciliano of course had anchovies so they are quite salty, but I liked that.
Generous toppings, and the flavors were delicious. We bought 2 pizzas, one with a gluten free base. My gf was the best pizza I've ever had, and hubby said the same about his wheat-based one. Pic is of my gf apricot chicken pizza. Hubby also said the chips were excellent too. These are, unfortunately, not gf.
Don’t bother coming here. I was disappointed with my experience this evening. I ordered one pizza online 30 mins in advance, in order to get to my dinner plans in time. There were only two people operating and in spite of the low demand (being a Monday evening), I ended up having to wait another 30 mins after the order was due and consequently was late to the dinner. There are no prices on the menu board, probably to entice people to upsize without knowing the actual cost. The staff seemed friendly enough but the store lacked the authenticity of a local pizza parlor and felt more like a national chain. The excess oil caused the toppings to not adhere well to the base. I won’t come back. Came back another week later to order chips - $5 per small box of soggy and partially cooked chips was beyond disappointing. Go to a fish n chips shop for any sides.
