1. Peace and Honesty ★☆☆☆☆

   I can't post a photo because I never got my order. We phoned 3 times over 2 and 1/2 hours. In that time and during 3 phonecalls they didn't tell us the 7 pizzas and garlic bread and sides had been sitting in the store cold because they hadn't been picked up by the uber driver. Had we know we would have collected them 2 hours before. Now cold they said they could give us an extra garlic bread with our now cold pizza. We declined obviously because if we wanted cold pizza we wouldn't have paid hundreds of $ to get it cooked and delivered. If you're busy try communicating so the person can collect it even if they would rather not. But telling us it's on its way 3x when you haven't even checked is a problem... Went to Pizza Hut! We were really impressed the pizzas were so good!! Thanks Pizza Hut!

   Last night I had a not so pleasant experience but I am pleased to tell you they have an excellent manager, he redid my entire order. And I'm very impressed with their customer service satisfaction. Well done guys, I am a happy customer. Thank you. Will buy from here again.

   I buy regularly from Hobsonville as its our local, usually they are good with food and we get exactly what we ordered. Unfortunately a few weeks back our pizza was made incorrectly. After a phone call with the manager, he offered for that next time we order, a free pizza will be added to our order as compensation for inconvenience. Luke and Kamal tonight were great and had the pizza ready when I arrived. Excellent service, definitely a returning customer.

   Poor quality pizza from here. Some of the worst put together pizzas I have had. Makes sharing hard when all the toppings are unevenly distributed. To top it off they delivered the wrong sides - customer review was sent to domino’s with no response. Quick delivery though

   Absolutely terrible experience the order still hasn’t arrived and is been 2 hours after complaining they offered a refund. Which is not good enough to get a refund (processed in 2-3 days) after wasting your entire evening waiting for a pizza and left staving. So their solution was to offer a garlic bread. That costs less than the delivery fee and the delivery tax. I’m next level frustrated

   Was looking forward to crispy fries. Found burned baking paper. Rotten bits on fries and wow I did not ask for crispy chicken in between the fries. Called the manager and he told that the store are extremely busy. Really??????
