   Absolutely terrible customer service! They got our order wrong, sent us a small instead of a large size pizza, and then proceeded to argue/yell over the phone instead of any offer to resolve the issue. Told us we were wrong but when we checked the order/receipt, we paid for a large. They then put us on hold for ages before hanging up on us. All they had to do was send us what we ordered/paid for. Be warned, we will never order from this Domino's again.

   I recently had the chance to try this pizza, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The cheese was rich and gooey, and the sauce had just the right balance of sweetness and tang. You can really tell that care and quality ingredients go into every pie. The overall taste and texture were excellent, and it’s clear this place takes pride in delivering great food. It’s easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The variety on the menu also makes it easy to find something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of classic margherita or loaded meat lovers. If there’s one thing I’d suggest, it would be to make the prices a little more affordable. While the quality definitely justifies the cost, slightly lower prices would make it easier to enjoy this amazing pizza more often. That said, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and flavorful pizza experience—you won’t be disappointed!

   Usually Dominos Kumeu is very good but I believe I had a very careless delivery driver today, my pizza was smushed to one side and cold, my drink was all fizzed up, and scratched as though it was dropped on concrete, and the lid was broken off one of my sides. It’s very disappointing because they’ve been so good up until now

   Pretty standard as far as domino pizza goes. Was good service from the staff. Shop looked tidy . Had the chicken and camembert pizza. Reasonably priced. Not oily and was tasty. I always go out to the muriwai beach and watch the sunset when having pizza. Thanks guys
