   4/6 times they mess up our orders. If it wasn't for the convenient location, we probably would have stopped on the 3rd mistake, however we are now always attentive because they always make the same three mistakes. 1.) They are always 15minutes late. We specified a 6.45pm pick up time, and pizzas were ready by 7.05pm. The worst part, they get the order wrong. See number 2. 2.) My partner does not like the bbq sauce in meatlovers so always specifies and instructs them to make one without it. So what happens... when I pick it up, they made it with bbq sauce and tell me if it is ok. He shows me the receipt that clearly says NO BBQ Sauce... No, it is not ok. Which means I have to wait another 10 minutes for it to be made!! No apologies. No nothing. 3.) They always always always forget the drinks/add-ons. Today, I made sure to tell them the drinks when I picked the pizzas up but then with the bbq sauce mishap and the extra waiting, I walk off annoyed and arrive home to find that they forgot my drink!! So I drive back again. I really really really hope that they sort themselves out and organise themselves better. It is disappointing.

   Ordered a delivery deal on the app for pizzas & drinks. Delivery driver turned up with the pizzas, but no drinks. When I asked for the drinks, the delivery driver basically said that this is all the store gave him, it’s not his problem and I need to contact the store, and then left. When testing to phone the store, the number won’t connect saying it’s busy and to call later, with no voicemail option. Ridiculous. This is not the first time they’ve messed up my order either. Such a shame as the pizza itself is tasty, although lukewarm upon delivery this time.

   Very disappointing experience today around 1 PM. While my kids and I were waiting for our pizza, a tall male staff member got into a heated argument with a delivery driver. The driver had been waiting more than 7 minutes for one pizza that was already in the warmer cabinet, but was given the wrong boxes instead that your staff just finished cooked. The situation escalated, and the staff member ended up yelling and acting very unprofessionally in front of customers and children. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and really lets the place down.

   Absolute crap pizza compared to the Glenfield mall store, avoid this pizza hut completely and go to the Glenfield mall one instead. Two stores making the same exact food, one gets it right the other cant!

   Can't believe a pizza shop forgets to cut the pizza pie. I mean they didn't even try, it was an UNCUT pizza. I also paid extra for toppings and sauce but it wasn't on the pizza. Unbelievably poor service

   It's delicious when it's eaten fresh, stuffed crust tastes amazing especially. I'll just say that when there's a rush of orders during dinner, don't expect your pizza to be fully cut through otherwise you might accidentally rip it too fast and it becomes a square.

   Pizza turned up 90 minutes after being ordered stone cold and partially eaten by the driver. The store in question couldn't care less. I would give them zero stars but its not an option.

   would have otherwise given 5 stars as this is probably the best store on the shore, however my recent visit i was served a half cooked pizza. the dough was raw; not soft and moist as it normally should be, but goopy like when you mix flour and water together. i thought it was mayo or some other sauce because the consistency was just like that. after i found out, i went in the store to complain and the staff touched my pizza crust with their bare hands and were like “it’s meant to be like this because only the top gets cooked in the oven”, i say that it’s unacceptable to be served raw pizza dough and he says “you’re the first and only customer to complain about this”. i contacted pizza hut to file a complaint but still haven’t heard back from them. my health and i would like our $5 back please. (it’s the cheesy garlic tear and share btw, DONT get it! a cheesy garlic pizza is better)

   I've definitely got nothing to complain about as our order yesterday for 5 pizzas and 2 sides were all ready to pickup in ~20 min. It was kind of hard to notice from the street given it's in a little row of shops, but found parking in front. Inside had maybe 4 high stop counter seats for eating in as well as a 2 person bench for waiting.
